I would assume thats for what Denver did, ~20 grams or less possession. I dont know.

HB 5470 Referred to Gov't Operations Committee


HB 5470, the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act, was referred to the House Government Operations Committee on February 21st, 2006. The bipartisan bill currently has nine co-sponsors, three of which are members of the committee.


To date, four Michigan cities have passed local medical marijuana laws by wide margins -- Ferndale (by 61%), Traverse City (by 64%), Ann Arbor (by 74%), and Detroit (by 60%) -- and a recent poll fromEPIC/MRA found 61% approval of medical marijuana amongst registered Michigan voters.


If your representative is a member of the Government Operations Committee, it is critical that you call or e-mail him/her now to encourge him/her to vote to hold hearings on HB 5470 and get the bill out of committee.
