The real disgrace is the fact that Horton was not first team coaches. Rumors already swirling around is because of the crap that happened last year with him. He was the only reason Michigan had a winning record this year! Do you really think it would difficult for someone to find a handful of games when Brunner and Augustine failed to show up? Trust me, it wouldn't be hard. The fact of the matter is that the voters for these awards place too much weight on team success. That's the reason why Paul Davis was snubbed (because of MSU's 8-8 record) and that is the reason why Daniel Horton was snubbed (because of UM's 8-8 record).
