I just heard it on WDFN. Don't have a concrete link.

All Big Ten

Horton: first media, second coaches
Davis: first, first
Ager: second, third
Brown: first(not too sure), second

Just goes to show that the couple of players in the SI poll that said Davis was overrated are actually just jealous players that he works over.

Augustine and Bruner over Davis? What a joke. I honestly don't believe I'm being biased when I say, I'd take Davis over those two HANDS DOWN.

I don't think you'd get much argument that most people would take Davis over Bruner and probably over Augustine, but when you are preseason top 10 and finish 6th in your conference your chances of being 1st team tend to slip a little.

I agree that Davis has more talent...but what Paul Davis is going to show up? The real disgrace is the fact that Horton was not first team coaches. Rumors already swirling around is because of the crap that happened last year with him. He was the only reason Michigan had a winning record this year!

Do you really think it would difficult for someone to find a handful of games when Brunner and Augustine failed to show up? Trust me, it wouldn't be hard.

The fact of the matter is that the voters for these awards place too much weight on team success. That's the reason why Paul Davis was snubbed (because of MSU's 8-8 record) and that is the reason why Daniel Horton was snubbed (because of UM's 8-8 record).

And Killingsworth should be on the first team.
