Here are the remaining games for teams fighting for HCA.

I thought It would be nice to have all 3 teams schedule in one place.

All I gotta say, there's no fuckin' way we should lose the next 7 games. Or at least, do worse than 6-1. Scrubs all around.

At the worst we should only get 2 looses rest of the way.

Yeah, and after those six, we have a helluva hard stretch of games. 5-2 on the easy stretch and 4-3 on the hard stretch give 9-5 over the next 14

Miami
@Indy
New Jersey
Dallas
@Philly
Milwaukee
Phoenix

Looking at our remaining 23 games, we have 14 against play-off teams. We NEED to beat Dallas at home and take one of two from Miami(at least).

Mavs haven't exactly been lighting the world on fire lately.

In either case, our loss to the Lakers has now been nullified. Our 2-game cushon is back.

I don't know why they bother to show up. The pistons will probably lose anyway.

Well said, Kilo. Well said.

A lil' extreme second sentence(nullified? more like we missed out on a chance to be up 3 games). But i agree with the 3rd one.

I prefer to see the glass half-full.

Even the Spurs and Mavs can't maintain their high level of play, and it's showing.

Spurs looked dead on their feet tonight, and their back-to-back was in the same CITY.

well im not half empty. i just think that the spurs losing is good. but i dont equate it to nullifying that horrid loss in LA. Maybe You think the glass is half empty for the spurs and Mavs who are still dead on our asses with plenty of games left? I prefer somewhere in between myself where the reality of the scenario lies IMO. That is the spurs dropped a game back and thats great. every bit of space helps. but its still way too tight and losing that laker game hurt us regardless in the overall scheme of things.

Bad Form.

You should have saved Eeore for a more appropriate time(It seems like I give enough opportunities). You turned it from a potential LOL to a weaksauce response.

Sorts of off-topic, but looking at the standings there is only 2 games seperating the 5th ant the 8th seed. Indiana is currently 5th seed and is 17 games back, then you have Philly and Washington 18 games back and then Milwaukee as 8th seed at 19 games back. Chicago still has an outside chance at the play-offs being 21.5 games back.

Does it matter who we play in the first round? I'd love to play Milwaukee. Washington could give us some trouble, Indiana will play us really hard and I don't like the match-ups vs Philly. I'd like to see Miami play Philly in the first round, Washington and NJ and Indiana/Cleveland.

Dallas is in for a tough finish, given their remaining games, I think we can lock up finishing ahead of them if we can beat them when they come to the Palace. That's a HUGE game for us and our HCA hopes and dreams.

Looks like we'll be in a dog fight with SA right down to the wire. Damn glad we have the tie breaker, just in case.

Looking at the games left, no reason why we shouldnt be able to hold on for the top spot.

SA is shooting 70% and PHX is shooting 63% midway though the second quarter with the score 51-41 SA, with almost 7 minutes to go in the half [smilie=jaw-droppin:

yea those teams have lit each other up before. funny thing is that SA seems like they can outrun them when they want to. Yet they'd be hardpressed to get us like that. So much for phoenix defense being uber deadly.

how much does ginobli and parker have? they can go nice lil scoring stretches against the suns sometimes.

kinda unfair for SA to play phoenix without Nash or Amare.....

the spurs on second night of back to backs. 4-6. They look like it.

They're also 0-5 vs +.500 teams in the 2nd game.

Kstat

That gives us a 3-game cushon on SA, it's really 4 since you factor in the tiebreaker.
