View Full Version : Low Seed for MSU

It looks like now Michigan State could get a low seed in the NCAA Tournament (7,8,9) or lower if they lose their last three games (last one being in the Big 10 Tournament). This team has got to be one of the biggest disappointments in the country this year. I have no idea how a team can be in the top 5 at the start of the year and now possibly drop to the bottom of the top 25.

What a disappointment for the "big" sports at both schools. The only difference is MSU still has 2 tournaments to save their season.

You're acting like it's never happened to State hoops. Short memory. Go back just a couple years. Remember the 03-04 season? Preseason rank of #3, finished #41?

But, our season isn't over. I still have a great deal of optimism. When State enters the tournament, they are a different team. Even when they were upset by Nevada a couple of years ago, they came out looking like world beaters in the first half.

Izzo always has them extremely prepared and they usually have the talent to match the preparation. I'm still excited.
