YOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!

Apparently this isn't "Hockeytown" since on one but a select few seem to give a shit about Hockey. Go figure.

Since we only have 2 hockey fans, we could either recruit more or merge this back with other sports.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't be opposed to moving NHL back into other sports. We could consolidate two of our lesser visited forums into one, and it might actually get more traffic.

Maybe this would make a good poll/discussion topic in WTFCentral. We had this discussion already during one of our other lives, but that was when NHL/OS was one forum and some people were supporting a split, which is what was done here.

NHL has more traffic than Other Sports though.

Could this board being dead have anything to do with the fact that there is no NHL for the next few weeks?



I'd keep the NHL forum around till playoff time. Seems to me Wings fans get bored in the regular season. Hopefully this board will take off during playoff time. I know thats when I start watching the games.

I wouldn't move it. I don't see any real advantage to moving it.

I know that I go into the other sports forum and at least look at the posts but I have no real interest in what's being discussed, and I think others are the same way. And that's fine and maybe how it should be. No point in making NHL fans who may come here sift through wrestling, tennis and the like just to talk about what they want to.

There are only so many times I can get "geeked" about the Wings playing the mighty Blue Jackets before I fall asleep.
