^how modest

I actually think the Hawks have done a pretty decent job stockpiling talent. Too bad most of it is at one position.

And they have like what, 459 fans?

They need to be re-located to St. Louis or something.

That being said, if the Pistons take this one for granted, we could have our first losing streak of the season on our hands.

Well, they do have the most talent/fan team in the NBA...

I'm sure there will be a lot of Hawks fans sporting their Rasheed jerseys tonight.

By the way, early start tonight. The game is at 7 pm on Fox Sports Detroit.

Interesting fact

We did not get 40 wins untill March 16th against Seattle last year. Tonight we have the chance to get 40.

I think somebody was talking about this on here, but I was curious if anyone has a way to stream the games either just the audio or video as well. I just moved back out to LA and I'm pretty depressed that I can't watch the games out here. I'm sure some of the other non-michigan people would appreciate this as well.

NQ, you move back and forth more often than I change my underwear dude.

Also, I finished reading your script. Not bad, but not very good either. I'd elaborate but this isn't the time or place.

Some people might see that as a serious problem.

seconded! I moved out of state and would love a way to watch/listen to Pistons games.
I know somebody was thinking of trying the sopcast thing, one little thing i heard is that you have to turn your firewall off to get it working correctly.

We are in a slump and have been for the past week. This is normal. I am glad its happening now instead of May. LOL@People ready to panic (Cause I know its going to happen).

I, for one, am not ready to panic. However, I am royally pissed off that we lost to a team like Atlanta. We gave that one away in the last minute with sloppy play.

I hope this makes our guys really hungry and ready to gear up for Miami on Sunday.

I'm definitely not panicing, but they're just playing uninspired. It's like none of them care. They've only got a two game lead now on the Spurs. Like I said, this isn't the end of the world, but they really pissed me off tonight.

(Cliffy is right though. This was going to happen. Doesn't mean I like it.)

Apparently, the teddy bear wins.

Not much we could do tonight. They couldn't have shot any better. Zaza? Salim Stoudamire? Joe Johnson? [smilie=wtfgun.gif] We're slumping, but it was inevitable. These are the dog days of the season. We'll get refreshed at the All-Star Break and come back strong.

It's not the end of world or anything, but it was a shitty game for the Pistons. I mean, the Hawks have some quality wins(SA, @Cleveland). But I really expected the Pistons to come out tonight and destroy after getting embarrassed by the Pacers. Guess not.

I really thought they should have at least given Chauncey two free-throws for the contact put on him at the end. That was CRAZY!

I'm glad my power went out. I would have shot someone if I had to see Joe Johnson win the game with a fuckin layup. A LAYUP!!!! At least make the guy hit a tough shot.

i agree. after all of our previous losses, the team responded well by handing out an ass kicking. i was only able to listen to the game via radio last night, but it seemed that the Pistons just couldn't get that run to put away the game.

detroit gave up 57 points in the first half. that poor defense points to tired legs, imo.

the pistons have a another chance tonight. let's hope they get it together.

Another shitty ass game for Arroyo. He had one good pass to Dyess inside and that is it. He got caught for travelling when he took 5 steps (counted them on the replay). Then he had the Micheal Curry disease again and passed up every open mid range shot to give it to someone else with no time on the clock to shoot. Doesn't count as a TO for him, but it should.
