spybot search and destroy is a good anti spyware program for free.

Its funny Matt, i just got done watching that part of CNN about 15 minutes ago.

Another good anti-spyware freebie is Adaware. There's a lot of overlap between it and spybot but each catches some stuff the other misses. Not a bad idea to use both from time to time.

true, unlike anti virus, you can use multiple anti-spyware programs. I use my Sbc Anti Spy and Spybot.
