View Full Version : The NBA college game
WTFchris 01-31-2006, 11:59 AM I came up with this great original game. Nobody's ever done something like this.
What squad of NBA players would win in a head to head matchup if you selected them by college?
IE: Central Michigan University
Chris Kamen
Cincinnati. Maxiell. Thread Closed.
WTFchris 01-31-2006, 12:08 PM Glenn will probably boycott this thread, but here is mine off the top of my head:
PG - Felton
SG - Carter
SF - Jamison
PF - Sheed
C - Haywood
Bench:
McInnis
Marvin Williams
McCants
May
Stack
Lynch?
Glenn 01-31-2006, 12:09 PM I suggested that it be it's own thread, why would I boycott it?
I'd like to think that I'm above such childish behavior.
Bring on the UM/MSU lineups.
(you boobie)
WTFchris 01-31-2006, 12:10 PM Duke is solid too:
PG Duhon
SG Maggs
SF Battier
PF Boozer
C Brand
Bench:
Deng
Dunleavy
Hill
Jones
Princess Lattner (official tower waver)
The winner should be whoever comes up with the best squad that is not from the state of Michigan, or Duke/UNC. Those are too obvious.
Pharaoh 01-31-2006, 12:21 PM UNC kills everyone. That team is stacked
Glenn 01-31-2006, 12:22 PM UNC kills everyone. That team is stacked
So when will you declare the thread over?
lol
WTFchris 01-31-2006, 12:25 PM UNC kills everyone. That team is stacked
I know, hopefully people can think outside the box and get a non Duke/UNC/MSU/Michigan one.
Pharaoh 01-31-2006, 12:26 PM Now, although to be fair it only officially lasted 9 minutes.
Hanes killed his own thread. lol
Keeping track of the time is an obvious sign I should go to bed.

MoTown 01-31-2006, 12:35 PM And should we include an All-High School team?
(somebody had to mention that)
Pharaoh 01-31-2006, 12:38 PM And a foreign team.
That should make this interesting.
The HS and foreign teams are gonna kill UNC!
Thread saved.

Bama:
Sprewell (does he count?)
Dice
anyone else?
Channing Frye is a Zona big man, also Gerald Wallace went to Bama.
The all Wake Forest team isnt awful,
Chris Paul
Josh Howard
Darius Songaila
Tim Duncan
Also long time and WF player NBA player Rodney Rogers was looking for a spot this season but I dont think anyone took a chance on him.
UCLA doesnt have much left, certainly theyre all time team is unreal, but with Reggie Miller recently retired that just leaves two players I can think of, Baron Davis and Jason kapono.

haha, my Chips only have 3 wins last I checked. They are the youngest team in basketball I think (no seniors and only 2 juniors even on the team). They'll suck for another year before rising back up in the MAC.
flipscrackers 02-04-2006, 11:49 PM Don't think Kentucky's been mentioned yet:
Starters:
Tony Delk
Derek Anderson
Tayshaun Prince
Antoine Walker
Jamaal Magloire
Bench:
Walter McCarty

Erik Daniels
Definitely not the best of the rosters listed, but pretty deep.
Cross 02-06-2006, 02:32 AM Robert Horry also when to Alabama
