I mean it's not something you watch with the fam on a Sunday night after service, but would you really want to. Some people are just uncomfortable with sexuality in general. Everybody has their dark shit that they don't talk about, so watch away.

As far as the age thing, dude sorry, but people under 16 have no business watching that shit. Enjoy the "being a kid" part of your life, worry about all the sex, and the shit that goes along with it later.

I think the reason people under 18 aren't legally allowed to watch it is for "your protection"

Whoever made the law didn't realise that by the time kids today are 15 they've likely had some sexual encounter, been exposed to some illegal drug and seen a ton of weird shit on TV.

Back in the day the world was a lot different. I know 16 year olds that know far too much IMO.

As for porn being "bad" - it has that label because a lot of people believe that anything related to sex should not be discussed.

I think your parents would go nuts because you're young and they wouldn't want you to be "exposed" to porn.

porn can be addictive and it can alter your views on sexuality.

the more extreme examples would be guys needing to spice up their masturbation session so they look to beastiality or kiddie porn. However that's unlikely as hell if you ask me.

The reason parents really don't want their kid watching porno isn't just because it's taboo. It's because they don't want their kid to view women as sexual objects. Men have problems doing that too much even when they are completely grown, so combine that with hormones and you have an odd situation.

Also, I disagree that porn has no place in childhood. Parents want no porn, and it would be an ideal dream. however real life isn't like that. Porn and all other forms of sexual thinking are all a natural part of childhood.
