Yes, I do believe that fermented cabbage and garlic is DELICIOUS on pizza.

wine if fermented grapes.
pickles are fermented cucumbers
sauerkraut is fermented cabbage
beer is fermneted hops

stay closed minded about food and you'll miss out on lots of delicious stuff, from other ethnicities.

every culture has some seemingly strange foods. not all koreans eat dogs. i'd say 99.9% of Koreans in America don't eat or have never eaten Fido before. from what i have heard eating dog isn't very prevalent in Korea today, either.

I love Kim Chi.

Us albanians eat pickled cabbage already so it's not that
far off. Kimchi's just spicy. I like spicy. Good stuff.

While Kimchi's my favorite Korean staple,
Bulgogi's my favorite Korean dish. It's GOOD.

My older brother spent 2 years in S Korea - Pusan area mostly - and came back with jars of the stuff. He cracked one open and I couldn't even stay in the same room. He loves it, I can't get close enough to it to try it.

I think a Korean sub-forum should be opened.

I love that shit. It's so good especially in the winter and add some kimchi to it.

I think this is a bad pic but Kal-bi is hella good as well.
