I thought it would be nice to have a thread where people could ask their questions, share there tips and find great photoshop tools.

There are some great textures here:

http://www.mayang.com/textures/

And this is the best place to download photoshop brushes:

http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/applications/psbrushes/

and http://www.good-tutorials.com is a great place for beginners wanting to learn photoshop. They have every tutorial you can think of there.

Sweet. Before I get started, though, I'm gonna need to get a free copy of Photoshop.

Where do I go for that?

Just search for photoshop

you'll also need This (http://www.download.com/Azureus-BitTorrent-Client/3000-2196_4-10415144.html?tag=lst-0-1) program to download it with. Have fun.

I think you can submit them to the site. You should give it a shot.

or http://www.logoshak.com/~asgsport/shak.html

They have just about everyone covered. Not as organized though. You'll have to look though all those teams to find the one you want.

and some of the quality isnt as sharp.

Question. Where exactly is the black paint brush tool TK uses to extreme? I suppose it's next to the brown paint brush tool. but I can't find that one, either.

I tried looking in "Filters" under Artistic, but to no avail. I tried Noise, too, but nothing. Same with Brush Strokes.

Is the TK Black Paint Brush and the GD Brown Paint Brush plug-ins? If so, where might I find them? Are they Freeware, or must I pay?

Anyone know a good webpage for large NBA pictures to use in sigs and wallpapers?

I know the obvious Yahoo sports, but goodluck finding a dope pic of somebody low profile like Delfino. I'm killing myself here trying to find a cool Delf pic for a sig.

There is the NBA Photstore. http://photostore.nba.com

Also, if you check the box scores on ESPN.com sometimes there are pics and those are fairly large.

Try ESPN Photo Wire.

also, if you go to sportsline photos (there are none right now, or i'd show u) if you right click the image, before the .jpg, it'll say something like "small" or "thumb" or something like that. If you copy the address and change it to 1024x768.jpg, you'll get a huge image.

^^ You could open the .mov file in ImageReady and save as a .gif.

That's just me though.
