Sorry to hear that you feel that way. You must have not listened to "When I am gone" The emotion that he pours into that song is unmatched with any other Hip Hop artest in the game today. Just to look at his situation the way he does and be able to write about it I think is hardly falling off. Maybe him maturing as an artist is something that you disagree with. Nonetheless he is not falling off.

nope you automatically assiumed that i dont. i dont feel his material as of late. but theres nothing personal in that. no wigger drug addict cracks. nothing of the sort. but his material is garbage as of late. its been mostly garbage since marshal mathers LP. thats not a racial statement, he's white and he's making a stronger effort to appeal to white people now. but i feel his music doesnt have the same hip hop appeal it did before.

if you wanna look for contradictions, look for the one that lies in the nba trying to weed out the very hip hop its made money off of.

1. "When I'm Gone" is a great song.
2. "The Slim Shady Show" and "Encore" were both average albums, and don't measure up to his first two albums. There are some good songs on his last two records, but as a whole they weren't that good.

anyways yeah i wasn't that impressed by my name is either. It was lyrically listenable though, there was something somewhat new being brung to the table. I couldn't ever really stand eminem's voice though. Truthfully he doesn't really have any songs that impress me that much. First i respected his lyrical ability but once people started saying he's the best mc out there it made me get sick of him very quickly.

See Eminem could still be making records that could sell based on his lyrical skill. He doesn't do that anymore, he sells an image now. I've never been one to buy in to that stuff.
