They are saying 10 to 12 months...I went through that myself (acl, mcl miniscious 'sp') I dont think he will be back by traning camp...

Who knows...I am watching the game...but listening to westwood one (stuck at work) they are saying 10-12 on the WW1

That is what they said on TV, but to be honest, they wont really know until they get in there and see what is going on for the true extent of the damage.

Honestly how much does this set them back? Sure Palmer was better than Kitna but Kitna is probably the best possible situation they could have if Palmer were to go down. I think the coaches and players believe in Kitna and think he can get the job done.

He will probably be back week like, 10 next season. Ouch.

It depends if he partially tore it or if it is fully torn. If that thing is fully torn, he won't come back till late next year, if at all. However, from what I have heard, it is just a partial tear and he should have a fast recovery.

That might end our chances of getting Kitna as a backup. They'll want to keep him so they don't rush Palmer back. As soon as SD trades Rivers we'll be officially screwed on QB's to bring in.
