That is funny Youbouty...He should not be going pro...he needs more time to develope. All my buckeye friends hate this guy because he gives up way too many big plays
Darth Thanatos 01-08-2006, 05:19 PM I wonder how good OSU will be next year. They lose their best receiver and all that defense to the NFL.
Fraserburn 01-08-2006, 05:21 PM Chad Jackson WR Florida

Jethro34 01-09-2006, 06:02 PM Michigan State fans will love to Youbouty decision. That blocked FG returned for a score officially ended their season.
By the way, I think Chris Wells will make a very serious run at the starting job next season.
Darth Thanatos 01-09-2006, 07:53 PM That Notre Dame TE(Posado or Samarga or some shit like that) is declaring. Dude is an absolute freak. Should be a late first-early second guy.
Jethro34 01-09-2006, 08:54 PM That would be Fasano. Samardzija is staying.
Also, Ernie Sims, LB Florida State. Some experts had him as the top HS player in the country when he was a senior.
Baker 01-10-2006, 01:05 PM Is it true that Woodley is gone?
Jethro34 01-10-2006, 01:52 PM Potentially true. Rumored, haven't seen any word on it yet. My guess is his injuries started to worry him and he wants to get paid at least once. A senior year would help his draft stock a lot. I hope he get good advice before he makes anything official. Guys like Shantee Orr and Ernest Shazor have bit on some pretty horrible advice the past few years.
Fraserburn 01-10-2006, 03:23 PM son of a bitch
Dee Webb FLA is out
he was a hell of a defensive player this year
Moodini31 01-10-2006, 11:33 PM Is it true that Woodley is gone?
I heard rumors of this and I asked one of the mods on The Wolverine and here was his response to me.
More in ITF (Inside The Fort), but we have word from two impeccable sources that he is not leaving.
That's what I like to hear.
H1Man 01-11-2006, 02:25 AM LenDale White RB USC
Brian Calhoun RB Wisconsin
Greg Lee WR Pittsburgh
FillyCheezeSteak 01-11-2006, 11:54 AM I just saw and article that said Woodley is coming back and the source was none other than Don Durrett, his high school coach at The High.
Also, great news for Michigan fans, it appears that some jick NFL team is going to hire Hermann away from Michigan so Ron English will be taking over as the new Defensive Coordinator!
Artermis 01-11-2006, 03:37 PM Yeah Jim H has an interview with the Bills.
Woodley definitely staying.

Darth Thanatos 01-11-2006, 04:07 PM WTF@Brian Calhoun declaring
He needs another year, plus he was a shoe-in to be a Heisman finalist next year.
Jethro34 01-11-2006, 09:56 PM Someone will take Calhoun late. I'm not sad to see him go, that's for sure. Dude scored 72 TD's in his first 4 games at Wisconsin.
D's Nuts 01-13-2006, 05:22 PM Brandon Kirsch, QB from Purdue declared.

Probably trying to take advantage of a somewhat weak QB class. Which is going to bite him in the ass harder than he realizes.
H1Man 01-15-2006, 08:01 PM Two more USC juniors leaving for NFL
Southern California lost two more juniors to the NFL draft Sunday, when All-American safety Darnell Bing and tackle Winston Justice informed the school they would skip their senior seasons.
The Trojans have had five underclassmen declare themselves eligible for April's draft since losing the Rose Bowl to Texas, starting with running backs LenDale White and Reggie Bush, the Heisman Trophy winner and possible No. 1 pick in April's draft.
Guard Fred Matua announced that he was going pro on Saturday.
The deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft was Sunday.
Tim Tessalone, USC's director of sports information, said Bing and Justice told him they would be leaving for the NFL. The players weren't available Sunday for comment but intended to officially announce their decisions on Monday, he said.
The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Bing had 50 tackles and four interceptions this season.
Justice started every game after missing the 2004 season when he was suspended from school for flashing a pellet gun at a student. Both are considered possible first-round draft picks.
With Bing leaving early and senior Scott Ware out of eligibility, USC will have to replace both its starting safeties next season.
The departure of Justice means USC will have to replace three of its five starting offensive linemen, including Matua and senior guard Taitusi Lutui.
Before this season, only defensive end Kenechi Udeze, wide receiver Mike Williams and middle linebacker Lofa Tatupu had left for the NFL as underclassmen under fifth-year coach Pete Carroll.
Darth Thanatos 01-15-2006, 08:04 PM It'll be a USC goldmine this April.
H1Man 01-15-2006, 08:07 PM USC's Matua to enter NFL draft
Southern California guard Fred Matua became the third Trojans player to skip his senior season, when he entered the NFL draft Saturday.
Matua, a junior, follows Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush and running back LenDale White.
"To leave a great school like USC is hard," said Matua, who turned 22 Saturday. "Any time you do something like that, it's hard. But I prayed about it, thought about it, and the opportunity's there and I'm trying to savor that."
Matua was an All-Pac-10 second-team pick last season. He said he entered the draft to help his family financially.
During his high school years, Matua's mother battled breast cancer.
"The hard work is in my hands," he said. "There are a lot of things that need to be done in my family. There's a lot of financial struggles that I have, there's a lot of financial struggles that need to be taken care of."
Matua said he hired Steve Feldman as his agent.
Saturday was the deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft. Sunday is the deadline for underclassmen to make themselves eligible for the draft.
The Trojans were still awaiting word on tackle Winston Justice and safety Darnell Bing.
Receiver Steve Smith said Friday that he was staying for his senior season.
Yep.
It is going to be USC gold mine.
Moodini31 01-15-2006, 10:22 PM Down with the Trojans! :thefinger: I'm so sick of them and ESPN and the media being on their nuts for the past 3 years. Think about it, how many BCS National Championships did they win? 1! LSU in 04, them in 05, and Texas in 06. Hopefully they'll have a whack year next year and their recruiting will come back to Earth.

Agreed. They're stacked at the skill positions, but line play on both sides will suck.
D's Nuts 01-15-2006, 11:11 PM It happens to all programs really. Remember how everyone was riding the U (Miami) bandwagon from like 99-01??
