View Full Version : Giant Ball of Fire in the sky
MoTown 01-06-2006, 01:04 PM Do you guys see that? I heard this rumor that above the clouds there was this giant bright light.
Did you know, the last time we saw the sun before today for more than 10 minutes, it was December 14, 2005.
Reason #1 winter in Michigan sucks.
Anthony 01-06-2006, 01:40 PM Its still colder than a mug out there.
DennyMcLain 01-06-2006, 02:32 PM In L.A., 80 degrees, sunny.
I think I'll take my Suzuki out for a ride, today.
MOLA1 01-06-2006, 02:36 PM Have fun going 12 miles per hour behind a turquoise Honda Civic
on Victory and Laurel Canyon. Also, be sure to breathe in the orange
smoke that fills the air and say hello to the vietnamese dude with the
black bandana over his face in the black Prelude.
I love Detroit.
DennyMcLain 01-06-2006, 02:54 PM Not a chance.
Coldwater to Sheldon to Foothill. Into Glendale. Lunch at Porto. Roll around in La Canada. Back home.
It's now 85 degrees with a slight breeze.
Maybe I'll just go to Manhattan Beach and score some Banana Nut pancakes at Uncle Bill's Pancake House.
Maybe I'll ride to Ojai and take in the scenery.
Wow. The options are endless when you live in Paradise.
Until the big one hits of course. And I believe it is long overdue...
DennyMcLain 01-06-2006, 03:06 PM Probably, but the San Andreas runs the length of SoCal, and geologists aren't quite certain WHERE, much less WHEN.
I'm actually hoping for the quake, but higher, above Santa Barbara. It would rock our asses, but from a distance less violently (rolls, not jolts).
It's not that I want death or destruction. House prices have been soaring in this area (three bedroom, modestly sized home south of the Boulevard goes for between $800,000 to $1.2 million). A quake would freak all of these east coast fucks out of their minds and send them packing, causing an incredible adjustment in real estate value.
I'm saving my $$$$. Go Mutha Naetcha.
MOLA1 01-06-2006, 03:09 PM What are the gas prices looking like lately?
Also, what brought you to this site homie?
I know you're friends with Elektra and NoQ but what teams do you like?
I know you're probably down with USC and I think you hate the Lakers, but
I'm not sure what you're down with either than that.
Maybe this belongs in it's own thread?
Who are you and why are you here?

I post above the line all the time. I contribute.
Don't hate me because I've never lived in snow.
MOLA1 01-06-2006, 03:18 PM When have I ever hated you? You're still gangsta as hell.
Check my new thread. I want to know more about the posters
in our own paradise here at WTF.

devilmaster 01-06-2006, 09:37 PM Ok, now I hate you for never living in snow. ;) :D
flipscrackers 01-06-2006, 09:39 PM No sunlight in the Grand Rapids area for 15 days now I think, which is a record of some sort, according to the commie newscast.
Also mentioned 45 straight days with some trace of rain or snow falling. Ridiculous.
