Depends how you do them. It can be easy, it can be hard. A lot depends on what the program (I use ImageReady) lets you do. Pretty good though.

LOL. I used ImageReady. I was going to copy every layer of the video onto the sig, when I relized it would be the easier way around. The compressing part pissed me off. I couldnt seem to get it right.

That's why you don't see me doing many animated sigs. I suck at compressing. Also, do you use Safari? (That would explain the animation going so slow in my IE browser)

No. I took the clip off a sloooooow motion replay. I'll speed up the clip times when I get home from school.
