View Full Version : MVP Candidates? Mikey 12-27-2005, 11:32 PM So far, the guys who I think are worthy of the trophy are: Chauncey Billups Elton Brand Lebron James Kobe Bryant Darth Thanatos 12-27-2005, 11:56 PM I think there's a legit 7-8 MVP candidates this year, but only 2-3 are contenders. (in order) 1. Billups 2. Brand 3. Kobe 4. AI 5. LeBron 6. Cassell 7. Dirk Cross 12-27-2005, 11:57 PM Wade deserves a mention as well as Pierce Darth Thanatos 12-28-2005, 12:02 AM Pierce? rofl Call back when the Celtics are above .500. Artis Gilmore 12-28-2005, 12:12 AM 1.Brand 2.Kobe 3.Billups 4.AI Koolaid 12-29-2005, 02:49 AM Marcus camby is still a candidate. Steve nash's numbers are just about as good as last years. Kevin Garnett should always be mentioned. theMUHMEshow 12-29-2005, 10:55 AM I cannot understand the people that put Billups over AI. I LOVE Chauncey. But can we honestly say that Chauncey is more valuable to his team then AI? I think AI has been like Shaq the past couple of years because that team would never even sniff the playoffs without him in the lineup. AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE THE PLAYOFFS WITH A BUM ASS TEAM. Chauncey is amazing - and he is playing great. But there is no way in the work that I can justify putting him over Iverson. 1-Ivo 2-Billups 3-Dirk 4-Brand Artis Gilmore 12-29-2005, 11:45 AM I forgot Nashy. He's 5. realistic 12-29-2005, 11:05 PM I cannot understand the people that put Billups over AI. I LOVE Chauncey. But can we honestly say that Chauncey is more valuable to his team then AI? Chauncey is so much more efficient, both in producing points and assists. AI is still a volume shooter. If Chauncey took 30 shots per game, I've no doubt he could match AI's scoring production. |
