There are a few reasons Michigan State center Paul Davis is having an outstanding senior season. He's confident. He's focused. And he's in love.Davis says he's dating Diana Rosebush, a cheerleader for the NHL Florida Panthers. The two met when Rosebush attended MSU, where she graduated last summer with a psychology degree."People are saying I'm more confident -- I've got to say, that part of my life is happy," he said.

Rosebush also has launched a modeling career, was named Ms. Ft. Lauderdale and is preparing to study for her master's next fall. Davis met Rosebush in an MSU class, but the connection didn't occur then because he had another girlfriend at the time. Now they're burning up the phone lines until they get together for the holidays. He bought her a plane ticket up north for Christmas and Rosebush is putting her degree to good use on Davis." She's been picking my brain apart," he said. "She really helped me during the early part (of the season) and the troubles I had in the exhibitions. Right now it's rolling, and we're keeping each other focused. It's perfect."

I went to the high school state semi-finals 2 years ago at Michigan State and I saw the basketball team walk in and took their seats in a suite. I saw a bunch of dudes dressed in green and a killer hottie in pink. I was going to rip Davis for being with his chick and the hoop squad, but after seeing how hot she was, my lips were zipped.
