Honestly, I think everyone in the world knew that the Pistons-Spurs game was going to have a ton of defense. I know they like the East vs. West thing to keep things interesting, but I think that San Antonio vs. the Lakers, and the Pistons vs. the Heat would have been better overall.

If i was shaq i wouldn't want to talk to kobe either. Between what is said about kobe in phil jackson's book and what was said in Kobe's police statement Shaq should stay away from kobe. Nothing positive would come from interacting with him.


If i was in shaq's shoes it'd take a miracle to stop me from hurting kobe.

I think it's messed up the NBA will market this rivalry as hard as they can, but not market the Indiana/detroit rivalry. I understand they don't want to give the league a black eye by promoting the brawl and what not, however the Shaq/Kobe bullshit is underlined by rape accusations. Instead they just don't want to talk about kobe's legal situation, Yet they bring up the brawl whenever they can. I'd promote a fued involving beat downs because i'm a dirty fuckhead, however i'm not dirty enough to market anything that involves rape, sexual assault or whatever they want to call it.
