-Allen Iverson scores 53 but the Sixers still lose.......to the Hawks......at home.......

-Clippers win. They had two guys get 20/20+. Has that ever happened?

-Cavs choked a 22 point lead but still win. SJax gets ejected and will probably be suspended for flipping off a ref and cussing out the crowd. LBJ struggled from the field but still managed to almost pull off a triple dub.

-Raptors are a really shitty team.

-Lakers are actually good. They won again.

That's all for tonight.

You forgot mention NJ winning over Miami on the road. Think Kobe took note of Carter's performance?

And I am loving all the drama in Indy. First Artest is fed up with Carlise's offense and wants out and David Harrison is unhappy over his playing time and breaking pictures in the locker room. And now Stephen "We Ride Together" Jackson is out cussing and flipping off the referees.

Philly lost on the road. Still one they shoulda had, especially with the night Iverson had.

Toronto does suck, but Bosh is the shit. He had a ridiculous block on Brent Barry, who appeared to be driving baseline for an uncontested dunk.

Last time two teammates had 20P/20R in the same game: 1986, Charles Barkley and Moses Malone.

SJax looked every bit the thug he is at the end of that game, staring down the official for no real good reason. Then again, has he ever need a good reason, or any reason, to be a dick?

Expect the Cavs to dip in January. 10 of 15 on the road, including a six game WC trip.

[quote="George Dubya Bush-Raptors are a really shitty team.[/quote]

That nearly beat the San Antonio Spurs, who blame their losing on playing 4 games in 5 nights, as if the 21-3 Pistons have not done that about 1,000 times so far this season, and also happen to have played less home games than any other NBA team this season, on their way to the best record in the NBA thus far this season.

In other words, San Antonio should STFU, stop making excuses, and accept that they lost because they lost, not because of the schedule.

Chris Kaman is a beast.

He would have been a nice draft pick, even though 2 would have been way too high for him.

How bout those Mavericks last night? Avery Johnson has them boys playing on both ends.

- Dallas just tied for the best record in the West with the Spurs. Avery has them playing D to go along with their usual offensive fire power. It will be very interesting to see if they keep this up as the season goes on.

- Speaking of Indy, their leading rebounder today was Croshere with 4 rebounds. JO had all of 2 fucking rebounds in 35 minutes.

- Mike Fratello is doing an awesome job in Memphis. Grizzles are the 3rd best team in the West after the Spurs and Mavericks and just ahead of the Suns. And Gasol is playing like an All-Star.

- I am beginning to wonder if it was Steve Nash that made Stoudemire an All-Star instead of the other way around.

orlando seriously has ego issues

Selfish losers

You know you are in trouble as a team when one of your best players comes back from an injury, scores 28 points, and other players start complaining that they aren't getting enough shots.

Welcome to Grant Hill's world in Orlando. Hill, who missed the first 20 games because of a sports hernia, scored 28 and hit 10 of 19 shots against Dallas. Not exactly a Kobe Bryantor Allen Iversonshooting spree. Yet, Steve Francisand DeShawn Stevenson complained about getting fewer touches.

How sad is that? How pathetic?

In the next two games, Hill took just seven and 12 shots -- and the Magic lost both games.

DeSwho? I mean at least have 1 all star appearance under your belt before you think Mr. Hill is getting some of your shots.

Camby breaks finger, faces surgery

The Denver Nuggets suffered another major setback Wednesday when they learned center Marcus Camby, the NBA's leading rebounder, will be out indefinitely with a broken right pinkie.

Camby will need surgery on the finger, after which a timeline for his return will be set.

He averages 16.3 points, 12.9 rebounds and is second in the league with 3.12 blocks a game. His injury adds to a long list for Denver, which has struggled to a 14-15 record.

Already, the Nuggets have lost power forward Nene for the season with a knee injury. Kenyon Martin has missed 10 games with a bad knee. Earl Boykins recently missed six games with a hamstring injury and Greg Buckner missed three with a strained groin.

Camby played only six minutes Tuesday night in a 108-106 loss to Philadelphia. The Nuggets play Seattle on Thursday.

If Camby is going to miss any significant time, I think the Nuggets will their pursuit of Artest.

- Triple OT win for the Knicks over the Suns. It was a great game.

Steve Nash put up 28 points and 22 assits in 55 minutes.

Shawn Marion put up 38 points and 14 rebounds in 60 minutes.

Marbury with 32 points and 10 assist in 55 minutes.

David Lee with 23 points and 15 rebounds in 52 minutes.

4 Suns fouled out of the game (Bell, Diaw, Thomas and Burke). Suprisingly no Knicks fouled out. Phoenix got called for 41 fouls while the Knicks only commited 27.

Phoenix shot 44 3pointers to the Knicks 11.

I believe David Lee is the first WB in the history of the world to complete the between the legs dunk (McDonald's All American Slam Dunk Contest). Also, he had another sick one in that contest where he threw the ball up, it bounced, he took of his jersey and threw it down. It was sick! (I'm not talking about his bare white chest :D ) Lee won the contest, but I think James White who committed to Fla, but later transferred to Cincy should have won it. I remember he took off from like the free throw line with 2 hands, cocked it to the side and threw it down. Best McDonald's dunk contest ever!

IMO White got robbed and they gave it to Lee cuz he's a WB and they couldn't believe what he was doing. He was OK in college, but I never thought he'd ever come close to 23 and 15 in the "L".

--Miami & Indy lose big, YAY!!

--Wade & LeBron put up triple doubles

--Duncan cut his hair (finally)

--The Bucks bench did not score...at all

--With Webber out with a back issue, Dali grabs 22 rebounds

--Bosh gets 10 pts and 1 rebound in a foul plagued game, but despite that, don't look now folks, the Raps have won 4 straight (it really helps when you shoot 63% from the floor)

--TWolves hold the Mavs to a season low 78 points

- Did anyone realize that the Raptors won their last 5 games?

- Too bad for them that Vince Carter was in town today. 42 points and a fadeway 3pointer at the buzzer for the win.

- Earlier in the same game, Carter gave Peterson a 'friendly' slap in the face after Mo picked up a Tech. MoPete responded by giving Carter a slap in the face but the officials only saw what Mo did and ejected him. MoPete was not a happy man.

- The Rockets have to be the unluckiest team in the League this season. They have had TMac, Yao, Bob Sura, Jon Barry, Mutombo, Derek Anderson, Rafer Alston and Stromile Swift injured at one time or another. Before the season, they were looked at as contender for the Championship but they are looking at the lottery right now. They have the 5th worst record in the NBA right now.

- Lebron James became the first NBA player to get at least 30 points, seven rebounds and five assists in seven straight games since Oscar Robertson in 1966. His seven-game streak of scoring at least 30 is the longest in the league since Tracy McGrady had 14 in a row in 2003.

- It's official, SAR has some of the worst luck ever. He never made the playoffs with Portland and now the Kings look like a lottery-bound team. I expect some wholesale changes in the makeup of that team by next season.

- Looks like LB is getting through to his players in NY. They have only lost 1 game since he critized Marybury after the Orlando game. I personally would like them to make the playoffs just so that Chicago doesn't endup with a potential Top 10 pick.

Lakers' Medvedenko likely out for season

Los Angeles Lakers forward Slava Medvedenko underwent surgery Thursday to repair a herniated disc in his lower back, and isn't expected to play again this season.

The 26-year-old Medvedenko, a five-year NBA veteran, was a member of the Lakers' championship teams in 2001-02. He has career averages of 5.4 points and 2.9 rebounds in 249 games.

Medvedenko was injured during the Lakers' 88-74 loss at Minnesota on Nov. 9. He played in just two games this season.

The operation was performed by Dr. William Dillin at the Centinela Freeman Marina Hospital.

I am guessing that the Lakers will be looking for some front-court help. Too bad the Lakers don't have anyone that we could use.

- LB now has 1000 career wins to his credit. Only Lenny Wilkens, Don Nelson and Pat Riley are ahead of him. Incendentially, all four of them coached the Knicks at one point or another.

- DWade put up a triple double with 15 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists.

- Keyon Dooling was suspended for 5 games without pay and Ray Allen for 3 games without pay for fighting during Wednesday's game.

- Webber made a game winning play.:!:

- Triple OT game between Boston and Philly. Philly ended up on top by a score of 125-124 on a clutch 3 point shot by Korver. And Webber stripped the ball from Blount to seal the game.
