One of these days i'm gonna put some sound in :rr:
DrRay11 12-23-2005, 01:22 PM Awesome. I learned flash a few weeks ago, but I already forget how to make buttons that lead to other screens.
About the game. 104-97, Pistons eek out another.
Anthony 12-23-2005, 01:27 PM on (release) {
gotoAndPlay("scene", frame#);
}
and if you want to open a url:
on (release) {
getURL("http://wtfdetroit.com","_blank");
}
you can change the _blank to whatever you need. Whether you need it to open in the same window, a new window, if you have a frame. Obviously, you can also change the onrelease part too. http://www.flashkit.com helps me out a ton.
BTW, Pistons win this one running away.
Artis Gilmore 12-23-2005, 01:37 PM Nice.
JickBoy34 12-23-2005, 02:05 PM Very nice job.
MOLA1 12-23-2005, 02:12 PM Ooooh...wait til' I learn how to use that.
Alpacas will do their worst!!!!!!!!!!!
Great game thread Anthony.
It's very fitting that we're back up and a little more fancy.
PISTONS WIN...105-87!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anthony 12-23-2005, 02:55 PM Thanks everyone. This shit would be so much easier and better looking if Adobe made a flash maker. Its a bitch trying to get photoshop graphics into Macromedia programs.
And its good to see the 105-87 thing again! Now we're home.
Anthony 12-23-2005, 03:40 PM Can I get a sticky? I want to be stickied.
piranha 12-23-2005, 04:09 PM I really think tonight is going to be a close game. I'll say 99 - 96 Pistons with Baron Davis missing a 3 at the end of regulation that could have sent it into overtime.
I could see JRich going off for sure. I think we can pull it off.
95-85
Darth Thanatos 12-23-2005, 05:37 PM Rip(gametime decision, back) and Sheed(death) probably won't play, JRich goes for 40, the Warriors win 95-88.
Very uhhhhh - nice thread, uhhhhhhhh - Anthony. Worthy of a Silver Heart. :D
H1Man 12-23-2005, 07:15 PM Rip(gametime decision, back) and Sheed(death) probably won't play, JRich goes for 40, the Warriors win 95-88.
Very uhhhhh - nice thread, uhhhhhhhh - Anthony. Worthy of a Silver Heart. :D
If Sheed doesn't play, do we start Dyess and Ben or do we go with DD and Ben? If we start Dyess, it might help him get his scoring touch back but we will be undersized. If we start DD, we will solely be relying on our perimeter guys for scoring.
I didn't hear anything about Rip being a game time decision. What happen to him anyway?
Artis Gilmore 12-23-2005, 07:16 PM Rip(gametime decision, back) and Sheed(death) probably won't play, JRich goes for 40, the Warriors win 95-88.
Very uhhhhh - nice thread, uhhhhhhhh - Anthony. Worthy of a Silver Heart. :DDiddy! :)
Darth Thanatos 12-23-2005, 07:58 PM Fuck Diddy!
And I think DD will start. When Sheed was injured last year we always put Elden Campbell in at center, but then again that was a different coach.
Would it really hurt to start DD? It's not like he's a bad player or going up against some super elite center. I'd rather roll with a 63 year old DD than Adonal fucking Foyle.
Rip has a bad back, and is a gametime decision.

Train Wreck 12-23-2005, 09:06 PM Damn, Baron Davis is a damn good player when he's not resorting to jacking up 3's everytime down the court..
Artis Gilmore 12-23-2005, 10:21 PM We win.
I could see JRich going off for sure. I think we can pull it off.
95-85
I was close on the score :D
I think that little segment with a dunk, to block on the defensive end, to another alley oop was an amazing piece of Pistons basketball.
Good win, bench was there, yada yada bring on SA.
Anthony 12-23-2005, 10:25 PM Anyone else find that game....boring? That last sequence with the Ben Block finished with a prince ally oup was sweet as hell though.
iorek64 12-23-2005, 10:34 PM I only caught the end of it, how was the game? I'm glad we won though, I would have never predicted a 21-3 start. Ridiculous.
darkobetterthanmelo 12-23-2005, 11:06 PM The game was a normal GS/DET game, the Pistons in the lead the whole game, then GS goes on a 3 point run, Pistons regroup and widen the lead back again. Diogu looked impressive for GS, Rip had a quiet good night.
Darth Thanatos 12-23-2005, 11:06 PM Dubya is GWOW
No I'm not. I'm George Bush, president of the United States.
Koolaid 12-24-2005, 01:13 AM Chauncey tried his hardest to not make the all-star game this year.
Chauncey, Rip and Sheed should all do the 3point shootout this year though (even they shot like shit this game)
