No thanks. My sources are telling me it's a very real possibility. Scary! Glenn 07-08-2019, 08:51 AM Now that the east is so weak, I’d rather go get him and see what happens. I’m willing to give up the next four years of being a 7-8 seed, because that’s really all that’s at risk, honestly. Glenn 07-08-2019, 08:54 AM And I’d give up Andre, too. He’s going to get a supermax deal next summer. Let someone else give it to him, especially if we can get a big like Adams back from OKC, too. Uncle Mxy 07-08-2019, 01:39 PM Andre's not enough of a perimeter player to get a supermax. Westbrook would need to have at least a couple perimeter players who he could dish to. Those will almost certainly be what OKC wants in trade. Who's our PG of the future gonna be? I'd be disappointed as hell if the answer is RJ. I want to like this trade. Westbrook is a beast with a motor. I don't _think_he's gonna suddenly crap out like Iverson did. His declining FT% actually worries me on that front, though. I'd want a medical assessment for him. Timone 07-08-2019, 02:27 PM Broussard thinks OKC should trade him to Detroit. Yeah, that Broussard. Glenn 07-08-2019, 03:35 PM Andre's not enough of a perimeter player to get a supermax. Doesn’t he just have to make at least all-NBA third team or better this year to trigger supermax? Glenn 07-08-2019, 03:36 PM Or win MVP or DPOY [smilie=blaha.gif] Timone 07-10-2019, 10:35 AM My sources are telling me the Heat are the favorites right now. :INSIDER: Glenn 07-11-2019, 10:23 PM Have a feeling CP3 is going to end up on the Lakers |
