"Move up a little bit" meaning... In the draft, you can trade up or 'move up' in the draft. You can move up a lot, which will cost you a lot or you can move up a little bit and that will cost you less.

I don't mind having fun with trade ideas or speculating. Maybe Hilliard really impresses the 2nd half of the season. Maybe we have a logjam at a position of really good players. So we might be able to trade our 1st and Hilliar or KCP or SJ or MM, etc (pure specualation) if there is a player in the draft that is available for our 1st plus an asset.
