Seems odd. Thought he and Morey were boys.

Interesting to go from getting a three year extension less than a year ago, to making the finals in the West, to fired 11 games later.

I tend to look at guys that might not get another shot if they get shitcanned.

All the guys on my list seem like this is their last chance. Maybe Hollins gets another shot.

I'd say Skiles and Wittman prob fit into that cat, too. Though I feel like DeVoses really wanted Skiles and will prob stay overly loyal to him.

Year 3 for Clifford and they did worse in year 2 than year 1.

If that should happen during this season, the short-term answers are, according to owner Vivek Ranadivé – or sources say – he would like to move Nancy Lieberman into the head-coaching position, making a big splash by having the first female head coach in NBA history. Vlade Divac, the GM [lol] is more inclined to fill with Corliss Williamson for the remainder of the season.

But Ranadivé’s biggest dream is to have Kentucky coach John Calipari come out and coach this roster full of Kentucky players.

The belief is that Ranadive will take another run after Calipari plans to make an offer that Calipari simply cannot refuse.

Sources told ESPN.com on Sunday night that the Suns are promoting longtime NBA guard Earl Watson and former NBA D-League head coach Nate Bjorkgren to the bench to work closer to Hornacek and will dismiss veteran assistants Mike Longabardi, who was heading up Phoenix's defense, and Jerry Sichting.

It's terribly unfair to blame him for the current team's state, so it will probably happen.
