Boston's coach should've been getting tech'ed for being on the court during play. It was driving me nuts! He'd be several feet on the court. At one point, a ref had to go AROUND him while the ball was in play. I thought for a second that maybe the fucking rules had changed, but no.

I love how the Pistons's mens club is called "Hardwood" (ooh, how phallic) and how the ladies club is called "Playmakers" (ooh, seductive bitches). Just noticed that at the Palace.

The concerns about spacing have been answered pretty well.

The guards cutting action is forcing the defense to play one half of the court or another. Having combo guards on the floor is actually benefiting this team. It might actually be a good thing to have Bynum/Billups/Jennings/Stucky.

Moose has incredible footwork and is putting it on display routinely. His feet are ridiculously quicker than the rest of him :)
Smith is fantastically skilled out of the post. I can see why he drove Atlanta fans crazy. He is unstoppable from post ups and should never move out of them. He moves like a guard and is easily one of the best passing forwards in the league.
Drummond is benefiting a lot from Smith/Monroe doubles/help with wide open paths to the basket.
I am loving the passing from the bigs, so pretty.


Jennings is quick as hell, he sometimes darts himself out of the play on defense, but he also is actively disrupting, good and bad here. Offensively he isn't a good finisher, but he gets to the cup at will, there will always be an option for him to dump it too and this is going to help him get higher percentage long range shots when the defense backs off.


I know Tahoe hates Billups milking the clock, but when he is on the floor they are more effective in half court offenses. They need to be proficient here if they want to advance in the playoffs.

Watching this Boston game was like watching me play NBA2k, lets see if we can win a game without taking a single jumper.

Everyone needs to practice free throws. If they are going to get fouled a lot, and they will, they need to covert or they'll be a .500 team instead of a .600 team.
