NBA Network only seems to want to play Brooklyn, Lakers, etc. Go figure. I prolly won't get a game til regular season.

They had no answer for Monroe in the post and it was 80-40 at the end of the third quarter.
Had they let Monroe just continue to abuse people, we could've run up the score even more.
So, keep that in mind.

Josh Smith is going to jack up too many stupid shots. Guaransheed.
He made a few 3s but they were crap shots against people who couldn't guard my asshole.
I haven't liked what I've seen out of him offensively.

KCP mostly sucked. Anyone penciling him in as a starting SG should fuhgetaboutit for now.
When David Cubillan (Mason couldn't pronounce his last name. first name came out as something like Dah-vi) made 3 3P shots in a row, it was off KCP in the 4th quarter.
But I will say that he was being used as a PG at stretches, bringing up the ball, distributing. I wasn't expecting that. He did show defensive hustle in spots.

Harrelson's a scrub, but he seems earnest. 6 hard fouls.

CV had no business playing C, even against Israeli midgets.

Drummond popped a contact lens and it was funny to see him on the court with the lens in hand while it was 5 on 4 at the other end.
No one on Haifa wanted anything to do with him. Most of the time he missed, it was his own mistakes -- nothing to do with Haifa.

Jennings played with some amount of discipline. I have a hunch that Chauncey will be good for him.
With the two on the court together, it still seemed like Chauncey was the PG.

Couldn't figure out why Bynumite and Jerebko didn't get any play.
Bynum didn't wear distinctive shoes.
Jerebko has some eurotrash haircut that says "I'm a douchebag".
(probably should've noted that from open practice)

Mitchell was ehhh. It was such a letdown though as he was the 3rd big, replacing dominant Moose or Drummond.

KCP way, WAY overrated.

Read that the Haifa's got into town late or early the morning of the game after getting blown out by Phoenix or something??? So I'm not reading too much into this. Also, after our hot start we settled into 39% fg shooting.

Lotsa good things, but not getting hype just yet.

We maintained double their score throughout the first 3 quarters, consistently.
There was no need to step on their throats in the 4th.
There was a lot of cheering for the underdog in the stands.

Tonight's game vs. the Heat will be more reflective.
I have a ticket but I have a prior commitment that I'm trying to get out of.
