Actually a great get. Green starts this year and goes pro to the Lions and then Fournette takes over. Hey, I can dream a lil bit.

Green would not go pro after one year because you can't do that in college football. You have to be 3 years removed from HS, so either at the end of your junior or redshirt sophomore year.
Fournette won't commit to UM. Trust me, I would love it, but realistically pulling a kid like him from Louisiana at the peak of SEC dominance isn't going to happen.
That being said, Jabrill Peppers is recruiting him pretty hard and telling him that he and Green would compliment each other very well. They could put up gaudy stats and be the best backfield in the country (doesn't hurt that Al Borges coached at Auburn when they had Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams as top of 1st round picks). Peppers tells Fournette that they could run some two back stuff or sub out every other play to stay fresh and lengthen their careers while still having insane stats. As another example, think Reggie Bush and Lendale White.
But, to repeat, he'll visit but he'll end up committing to an SEC school.

Visit is taking place this weekend, during the BBQ at the Big House. It will be interesting to hear his eventual reaction. That may tell if his continuing recruitment is a realistic option for UM or not. Sadly, DaShawn Hand is probably not going to make it due to schedule conflict. Otherwise, it would be nice to have Peppers there with the two of them to discuss the possibilities of the top 3 players all going to the same school.
