so what is silver going to be like? My money is on him being exactly the same.

Honesty. Compassion. Fair play.

Ok so Stern is an ego/dick... but it's hard to deny the world influence and the ratings increase... I'm glad his course has run but at the same time this L was in serious decline til he jumped in... the new CBA will keep the product healthy for a while... hopefully nobody was thinking that Stern was out to help the players get richer.

All the talk of Stern being an asshole behind the scenes... I believe it!

But at the same time the dude is running a multi-billion dollar business and you can't expect him to be warm and fuzzy.

For better or worse he helped turn a league on the brink into a worldwide force... dude deserves credit for that
