I hate when this happens to me.
A former high school classmate has been trying to extort Minnesota Twins pitcher Carl Pavano. Christian Bedard, a Southington High School classmate of Pavano, has been contacting Pavano’s sister, Michelle DeGennaro, through Facebook with threats that he will expose an alleged relationship between himself and Pavano. From the Record-Journal:
“The only way your brother is getting out of this… is with a heart-felt apology and a navy Range Rover with tan leather,” Bedard said in one message to DeGennaro.
