Knight, Monroe, Jerebko, Daye, Budinger (should have kept him), Afflalo, Stuckey....

Those are the recent picks - and I'd consider them pretty good.

Joe's early Draft record is terrible (Cleaves, White, Darko) but in the last few years we've done very well.

Monroe, Jerebko and Knight = bright future

Stuckey, Budinger, Afflalo = quality role players in the right setting

Daye = ? I'll cast my final judgement on him after this season cause if he's still not up to par then he's a waste of potential.

Of those 7 players 2 of them are Lotto picks... 2 of them are second rounders and the rest were middle of the first round.

Even I'm not gonna complain about those 7 picks!

The trade doesn't change the fact Budinger has gone on to be a good pick

Budinger was selected by Joe by Houston. He deserves no credit for that pick. DJ White started a game for OKC-that doesn't mean Joe found an NBA starter in the draft.

I know DRE is a monster but he can't even play down the stretch. I like Dre but he just doesn't seem like a player that I should be bitching about if he doesn't make the All Star squad. Reggie is too herky jerky. Yes that's a basketball term. I like MM, but not sure he is a championship caliber sf. Ersan...meh. All these guys are good, I guess. There's just something about this roster I don't like other than KCP and SJ.
