Here we are again. UM is undefeated, Robinson has won his second straight September Heisman and UM is back (really, this time). The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Again, the key to beating UM is to contain Robinson as a runner and make him pass (God, am I using that term loosely) the ball. Easily done. MSU did it last year and will do it again this year. The #1 defense in the country is going to make Robinson miserable. When he tries to run, he will get his legs broken like chicken wings to go with his ridiculous mustard greens hair. When he tries to pass (again, loosely), the MSU secondary will intercept his wounded frozen chickens.

Get ready Wal-Marters, MSU is going to put a beating for the ages on an incredibly over-rated team of jackasses, horn-blowers and effeminite ball boys. MSU 41 UM 17, and it won't be that close.

Don't cry for me, Downriver.

Full-House Formation? Who cares! If one of UM's worthless running backs get the ball he will easily be contained. Always keep an eye on Robinson. When he gets the ball stomp his throat into the turf.

Ohhh.....
Hey little brother, you’ve got so much to discover
Can’t you conceptualize what you’re doing to our mother

Those drugs that you choose
Leave you left with the blues
Trust me I‘ve been there
To me its old news
Pending disaster
You’re heading there faster
It's tearing me up
To know you get so plastered

Because you’re caught up in the scene at the age of nineteen
Maybe so was I at the age but I had a dream
And those goddamn powdered drugs
They’ll fill you with doubt
You’re just getting sucked on up in it
And you have to break out

You blacked out on the floor
You told me, the next day they found you that way
Those damn medications had your back baby
It hurt when they took them all away

You’re feeling so bad
You’re looking for a place to land
Help me understand
How in hell it got so out of hand

I know that it's hard
But you’re risking being permanently scared
You’re hurting inside
So you’re flirting with tragedy on the dark side

Those drugs that you choose
Leave you left with the blues
Trust me I’ve been there
To me it's old news
Hey little brother
You messed up another chance
Sooner or later you must take a stand

At the edge of it
All where you begin
To consume that product to its very end
How much time is left
Will you collapse
Will you confess you're in a spiritless void
Spinning into excess

You blacked out on the floor
You told me, the next day they found you that way
Those damn medications had your back baby
It hurt when they took them all away

You’re feeling so bad
You’re looking for a place to land
Help me understand
How in hell it got so out of hand

Me? No way. I think it's obvious, when coaching is comparable (and I think there are two good coaching staffs) it all comes down to talent (in fact, in college often talent even covers up back coaching). There is no doubt that MSU is much better than Michigan.

OK, now that I have slept off my too drunk at 3 p.m.-ness and have built a cozy fire for my family in the family room (versus the living room) and my 4 year old is playing some Transformer game on the other lap top, I can comment on the game.

First, the game was not as close as 28-14. If MSU hadn't had so many penalties, dropped passes. etc, it would have beeen more like 41-10. Nonetheless, UM is better and, I believe, will get better under Hoke.

Secondly, not shaking hands at the end by UM is just another example why every MSU player (and team in the nation, frankly) wants to rip every worthless cock-sucking faced UM player's head off. UM is the biggest asshole institution on the face of the earth and if the Japanese got revenge on us by nuking Ann Arbor, I would send them a thank you note.

Third, was MSU looking to tear every UM player limb-from-limb on every play and did it go a little too far a couple of times? Yes, see above paragraph and guess what ladies, thats football.

Fourth, the worm has turned. MSU will continue to beat UM's ass on a continuous basis. Dantonio is building a program that is bent on righting the wrongs perpetrated against MSU by the assfuckers in Ann Arbor. You guys had better focus your Wal-Mart vicariousness on basketbal (on Izzo's down years, although Izzo does tend to annoy me) because UM's football program has met the boot heel for its teeth and its Green and White.

Yes, that is how I feel. UM can go and fuck itself. And, frankly, you as a supporter, you can go and fuck yourself, too. There is no sympathy, empathy or consideration for UM. Zero. You cast your lot with that group of pretentious assholes that have to raise themselves at the expense of others (primarily MSU, but as you can tell, not so much anymore), then you get your head stomped (figuratively), too. You made your bed, douche.

Seriously, what are you 12-13 years old. Do the big kids in michigan shirts steal your lunch money. Maybe one took your wwf action figures.

I don't expect you to understand, Olivia. UM has tried its best both overtly and covertly to hamstring, denigrate and impede MSU's progress ever since MSU joined the Big Ten. Annoyingly stupid and loud-mouthed Wal-Mart Wolverines who have not completed one semester of community college or who went to some shit-ass sixth-tier college run MSU down academically. UM and its army of sycophants, leg-humpers and troglodyte fans, has done nothing but pull cheap shots against MSU. Therefore, as an MSU alum (with two degrees, don't forget) I revel in the fact the tables have turned. And, frankly, you can go fuck yourself, Olivia.

Brady Hoke
Did you prepare your players for the dirty play? “No. I don’t know how (MSU) played dirty. They had some personal fouls and late hits on the quarterback. You can get those all the time.”

Mike Martin

Do you think they played dirty today? “I mean, we knew what type of game this was going to be. It was going to be a tough, physical game, and coach talked about keeping our poise and composure as a football team. So I think we did a good job on that side of it, and we just have to do a better job with taking coaching and executing what the coaches tell us to do.”

Were you expecting it to be like this? “I mean, who doesn’t know what this type of game is. It’s a tough, physical game, period. It’s an in-state rival, and it’s big for both teams. That’s what it’s all about.”

You think they won with class? “I don’t worry about that. They have a right to celebrate. They won. They’re excited. I tip my hat to them.”

Denard Robinson

Did you feel like they were playing dirty? “No. We were playing football. It’s a dirty game.”

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!

You guys actually finally have a coach that isn't a whiny skirt-wearer. I think many of the Walverines and the Detroit propaganda machine could learn something.

That is all.

Considering asshat IZZO decides to roll into Midnight Madness strapped into a mock F-16 fighter jet (AIR FORCE only) to promote the UNC-MSU game of an aircraft carrier (NAVY only), all Bucky has left that screams any semblance of logic is the football team.

I'm not sure what you're trying to prove here. I read those comments before you posted them, and it seemed to me that the Michigan coaches and players simply took the high road. Maybe Hoke ordered the team to not use the dirty play as an excuse (my best guess). Maybe the coaches prepared the players for this type of play during the week (possible). Hell, maybe the players actually thought they weren't dirty (unlikely. Martin's comments were very cryptic).

I know what I saw. I watch a lot of football, and I've rarely seen anything as bad as what State did Saturday. It says more to me that the questions had to be asked than how the Michigan contingent answered them. State was the better team. They could have won by playing tough, hard-nosed football, or they could have won by playing classless, dirty football. Their coaching staff chose the latter. Personally, I hope Wisconsin runs the score up on them Saturday.

So what does this prove? Gholston's cheap shots are just as big a story as State winning 4 straight in impressive fashion over their biggest rival. That's sad to me. It didn't have to be that way, and odds are good it will end up costing them in the long run.

OK, now this comes from a guy who may sometimes over-react regarding UM. However the above bolded statement takes the cake. You are probably one of those Walverines saying Gholston should be charged with Attempted Murder. Seriously, you need to get a grip. This is FOOTBALL, not FUTBALL. Your whole "taking the moral high ground" is a hollow attempt at taking the attention away from the fact MSU man-handled UM and took Denard from a Heisman candidate to people wondering if he should even start at QB. Deal with it. MSU beat the snot out of UM and it will be the same next year. MSU will gang-tackle, finish tackles and take every opportunity to make it so UM players are writhing on the ground. Cry all you want, toots. Its the way it is.

Hey everybody, bukdow got his questioned answered in Adam Rittenberg's Big Ten mailblog today on ESPN. Congratulations bukky, or as you'll be forever known to me, Dave from D-Town. Rittenberg seems to know you real well. :)

Agreed. MSU manhandled Michigan. However, PTI wasn't talking about State manhandling Michigan, and exposing Denard Robinson for what he is: the most overrated player in college football. What PTI (and others) are talking about is whether Gholston's "dirty" play overshadowed their victory. I think that's unfortunate. That's a big loss for State if he's suspended for the Wisconsin game. They didn't have to do it to win.

My God. You would think Gholston murdered Lewan in cold blood right out on the field for everyone to see. This is ridiculous. The Gholston stuff happens all the time in football. Gholston just got caught. I get the feeling you, the wimps from PTI and Rittenberg have never played a down in organized, high school and beyond football. Hoke didn't complain, UM's players didn't complain, the only people complaining are media nancy-boys and Walverines. The histrionics are comical, at this point.

More problems out of MSU. In MSU's victory over UM in volleyball last night, the viscious sluts on the MSU team were actually spiking the ball at the innocent, chaste UM ladies.

"They spiked the ball at them! Thet spiked the ball at them when they shouldn't have, Jim!"
