How in the fuck can the league call it a touchdown when a runner reaches the ball over the goal line while being tackled and just breaks the plane of the line and then gets it slapped out of his hands? But when a receiver catches the ball takes 2, 3, 4 steps and clearly has possession of the ball but drops it out of bounds or some shit, they say no TD.

Doesn't seem to me to be consistent.
