The player-to-be-named later in the Young trade is righthanded pitcher Lester Oliveros, the Tigers said today. He's been in the team's minor-league system most of this year, and appeared in nine games for the big league club with a 5.63 ERA.

Oliveros will be assigned to Triple A Rochester by the Twins. Detroit traded left-handed pitcher Cole Nelson from its single-A affiliate in Lakeland, Fla., as part of the deal yesterday.
