1) the game wasnt exactly iced when Darius was dribbling. michigan has had trouble closing games, he had just had a terrible turnover, and state was trying to steal the ball. by the time he got to the paint it was over, but heaven forbid darius making sure he didnt screw up.

2) someone on mgoblog posted a video of mateen cleeves senior night where they were up something like 110-50, and with 40 seconds left the starters were still in throwing ally oops. by tomm's logic, i guess michigan should have tried to start a brawl?

MSU better hope that Hoke does not have a great season. Right now Michigan has the bragging rights in the other sports (not that anyone talks about CCHA). That's not to say MSU couldn't pound them in BBall next year, but that is a long ways away right now.
