Detroit trades:

Rip Hamilton
Jason Maxiell
Rodney Stuckey

Why for Orlando? They get another big man which they are really lacking with Bass injured. They also get a playoff proven scorer in Rip and a young PG with size.

Why for Detroit? We get rid of Rip and Max. We get a big expiring in Richardson and get a solid PF in Bass (even though he's hurt). The only real cost is Stuckey who we may not re-sign anyways.

Orlando just added the monster ugly contracts of Arenas and Hedo to the roster, also Jrich is a better fit than RIP, Maxiell is useless, Bass is better and cheaper, Rodney wont make a difference in that backcourt

Be nice if they'd do it...
