Last post in thread link not working

I have issues, but none here so far.

From the home page...I'm clicking the little arrow next to the last posters name and its taking me to the top of the thread instead of the last post in the thread.

Not every time, but some of the times.

The software is prolly seeing all the threads as brand new. So its taking me to the top.

It'll prolly just take me clicking on all the threads once, then it'll prolly be ok.

This %$@# ^%$#% "Issues List" thread is stealing the "Waiting for Glan" thread's spotlight.

Glan is behind all of this.

This one is actually pretty painful, especially when browsing via phone.

Glad we made it back. For a passing moment, I thought we might not make it to the big 5 year anniversary (4/1/10).

The quick reply box is like half the width that it used to be.

Also the emoticons on the right hand side are off the page into the background.

I've tried changing my personal settings like thread views, etc and marked the board read, etc and nothing seems to work on the user end.

Something prolly got reset with the upgrades and it'll take a hecka hours for someone to go through each and every administrative setting or something.

Just change your personal settings to 40 posts per page then when you wanna go to the "last un-read" post you simply click on the last page.

Very, very rarely do I have to go back an extra page.

The "Go to first new post" option (little arrow before the thread title) almost always does the right thing for me with my Firefox setup. But I'm seeing the "Go to last post" option (the arrow before the usernames which I never use) have problems.

Has anyone messed around in their settings and put the newest posts first in a thread vs. the oldest?

I doubt that much time is going to be spent trying to fix this, as we're talking about making a migration soon.

we're weighing the options of migration away from vbulletin. the cost is pretty steep compared to all the free forum packages out there.

we've already migrated the existing board to a new web host.

We've been hesitant to ask for donations before, but if we want to stay with vBulletin and upgrade to the latest and greatest, we're looking at a pretty stiff bill (a couple hundy).

The version of vB that we bought is no longer supported.

If we go to a free platform, we may lose some things we don't want to lose, so there's a decision that will need to be made.

I just got this error too.

I'm home now, but earlier the 'go to last post' seemed to work from my iphone.

Hope we can fix the unread error. Really getting tired of seeing threads I don't want to read.

In chrome, when logging in, the 'Remember Me' check box is 90% hidden.

Same with Firefox, but I went all view -> page style -> no style, logged in and then was able to click remember me that way.
