Kwame or Rip or Prince what do you think Joe would be looking for in return?

A real live PG?

A big man?

Expiring deals?

Draft picks?

All of the above?

Cause while I'm sitting here and no one is on and there are no new posts worth commenting on I used the ESPN trade machine and came up with a ton of deals that may or may not be realistic.

Here's one that might create some discussion:

Kwame and Rip to Cleveland for Big Z and Delonte West.

Cavs apparently didn't wanna deal Z for Captain Jack because they'd be short a big man for Orlando/Laker/Celtic match-ups.

Kwame solves that issue and they fucking score Rip instead of Stephen Jackson!

We get a massive expiring contract with Z, plus the dude can actually score some points for us. West is bipolar or some shit and has serious issues but apparently he's a bit of a "glue" guy in that he's all about the team when he's on his meds.

Cavs - Shaq, Hickson, Lebron, Rip, Mo, Gibson, Parker, Varejao, Kwame

Us - Z, Ben, Prince, BG, Stuckey, Bynum, West, Jerebko, Nova

I'd like to see a move for a large expiring... but only if they do it soon enough so this player is still tradable by the deadline.
I think several teams are gonna have a battle to get further under the cap... should be some nice low lying fruit to be picked.
First choice would be TMac (and his broken down arse)

More talent/better money than he gives up.

Cause I'm trying to come up with reasonable scenarios here and I really can't think of a way to deal Rip or Tay and get back more talent and/or better money.

The closest (?) I came was the Rip/Kwame for Dalembert/pick deal. I think it fits the money side of it, certainly not the talent side - depending on what that pick becomes of course.

But if you had an example it would help. And since I'm bored often I could run some things through the Trade Machine and see what I can come up with.

I hate to say it, but those two would probably only net us a expiring + not top 10 draft pick in return.
