I've always liked Steve Phillips. Probably the best thing ever to come out of De La Salle HS.

That chick is psycho. Going into the situation she should have realized there are only 2 realistic expectations of him... he eventually leaves his wife for her, or he never tells his wife. Apparantly she just intended to fuck up the marriage.

Steve Phillips's whole career is mystifying so it's no shock that he managed something as foolish as this. He practically ruined the Mets as their GM, got bailed out with an ESPN job and then proceeded to spend the next 5 years offering some of the worst analysis on TV. I see this whole thing as a mercy killing for baseball fans everywhere. He/She's a hero to us all.
