View Full Version : OGT:MICH (+4.5) vs. #13 psu 3pm sat on ABC
b-diddy 10-20-2009, 07:14 PM the big news is molk is back in practice. if he can play, thats a big upgrade at C, and also allows the right side of the line to return to how richgod intended it.
tate also says his head and shoulder(s) are 100%.
with RR having 2 wks to gameplan, the streak on the line, the fate of the season in the balance, and an unliky big ten championship insight, i like the upset.
michigan 31 psu 28
MoTown 10-20-2009, 07:20 PM tate also says his head and shoulder(s) are 100%.
Any news on his knees and toes?
MoTown 10-20-2009, 07:21 PM Also +4.5 isn't bad. I hope this game has some similarities to the 2005 Penn State game...
b-diddy 10-20-2009, 07:33 PM game is actually 3:30.
4.5 shocked me too. havent seen psu yet, but werent they supposed to challenge for the NC this year?
i liked our D's performane vs iowa. i think itll show well vs clark.
it should come down to mistakes. we made too many vs iowa. hopefully theyre cleaned up after 2 weeks.
WTFchris 10-21-2009, 12:17 AM Saw the PSU Iowa game. PSU's offense gift wrapped that game with miscues. It was also a sloppy wet game and the officials jobbed PSU on a couple calls. This is a winnable game, but I doubt PSU puts in another shitty performance like that game.
bukdow 10-21-2009, 10:05 AM UM will give PSU a run, but PSU is the more complete team. PSU 33 UM 30. The good news, UM covers.
Moodini31 10-21-2009, 10:07 PM I like M in this one. I feel like we get a split at home with PSU and OSU. If we do lose this one, we'll finally get the Bucks. (no gambling pun intended)
Glenn 10-23-2009, 12:38 PM PSU big, IMO.
Maybe 31-14 or something.
WTFchris 10-23-2009, 06:41 PM I read on ESPN that RR is leaning towards starting Robinson. I sure hope he has a friggen clue about the routes. Otherwise I see like 5 INT's for the PSU defense.
Glenn 10-23-2009, 07:12 PM I hope it's a smokescreen, that would be horrible.
Glenn 10-23-2009, 07:19 PM It will be interesting to see what that would do to the line. I could see it going to 7+.
Timone 10-23-2009, 07:34 PM UM keeps it close for a half, but PSU runs away with it. 37-21
Tahoe 10-24-2009, 04:02 PM RR goin off on his coach.
b-diddy 10-24-2009, 04:53 PM brutak. unreal molk injured in like 3 plays.
im debating turning off game. not happy.
Tahoe 10-24-2009, 05:23 PM We need to stop with the really, REALLY dumb mistakes.
Hermy 10-24-2009, 05:30 PM We need to stop with the really, REALLY dumb mistakes.
And if we can quit with the really, REALLY bad football team that would be nice also.
Timone 10-24-2009, 05:35 PM I wish this game would just end now.
Timone 10-24-2009, 06:00 PM what a fucking joke
xanadu 10-24-2009, 10:35 PM I couldn't watch the game, but I guess PSU is much better than i had thought. I have no idea how they lost so badly to iowa. i hope that psu gets to the rose bowl and beats usc. if gardner comes next year, i think it will be time to move robinson to another position (maybe the bass role from a few years ago). he just isn't a quarterback. even his td passes last week weren't terribly accurate. forcier wasn't very good, but the OL sucked so bad, it would be hard for any frosh qb to succeed.
b-diddy 10-25-2009, 10:36 AM this loss falls on the refs. we got jobbed today, boys.
uhhhhhh...
bukdow 10-25-2009, 11:20 AM UM looked surprisingly bad against PSU. Poor execution, poor coaching, just bad all around. Forcier isn`t going to last. By the time he is a junior he will be physically beat up. Good thing Gardner is coming in next year. Denard Robinson has no business taking snaps. The kid may be fast, but he has the poise and understanding of the game that a narwhale does. The kid needs to be moved to receiver.
If UM doesn`t get it together, they may not win another game this year.

Tate will be fine. Gardner will take some snaps here and there and will be a stud after Tate is gone. Agree totally on D Rob. He's just not a QB. He needs to be a WR/Wildcat QB/KR soon. I anticipate that happening next year. From what I'm hearing, Gardner will not redshirt next year and will be the backup QB forcing Robinson out.
