I set up a 12 team rotisserie league with live draft and yahoo defaults.

PM me for the registration info.

I don't like H2H leagues because of all the "picking up extra games" shenanigans, so somebody else can set that one up, I might play if we need to fill it, though.

Glenn

Your live online draft is set for Thu Oct 22 10:00pm EDT

Glenn
10-12-2009, 02:01 PM
In all honesty, this is just a way for me to get some PMs so I can feel popular.

Glenn

No! Not doing it.

I'm gonna try and actually win some money in a football fantasy league here in Oz next season.

It starts in February and I ain't gonna do double duty on some no prize havin' bush league.

No offense to any cats that signed up - just not my bag

Glenn
10-15-2009, 11:44 AM
What the hell is wrong with you people?

We can only get 6 of us signed up for this thing?

The draft is a week away.

PM me if you want to play.

Glenn

Hermy

ATL and I would do the H2H league if that gets set up. Need to draft at 6-8.

Pharaoh
10-15-2009, 08:07 PM
I remember when we had to have 2 fantasy NBA league for all of us.

Now you cats can't get 1?

I guess we all got old and don't have time.

Unlike Glenn, who does no work at work and just surfs the web

Tahoe
10-15-2009, 09:34 PM
Glenn just has a way of working himself into the topics of all threads.

Glenn
10-19-2009, 12:56 PM
Sad that I even have to ask this but...

1. If you have friends that you want to invite, go ahead.

2. Should I just open this up for the public and hope we don't get any quitters or should we close it off at 8 players (still need one more) and just double the roster sizes?

Vinny
10-19-2009, 01:02 PM
I think we should be able to get to 8 and then raise the roster sizes. One thing about rotisserie is that you can have an odd number of teams. If we can get to 9, it should be entertaining enough....

darkobetterthanmelo
10-19-2009, 02:45 PM
This is a sad, sad day. Are you telling me a website of our size can't get 12 diehard fantasy basketball fans? I know just off the top of my head...

Myself
Ledezma
Glenn
WTFChris

are in every fantasy league we have! Sorry if I have excluded anyone, I only thought about this for seconds, but if you can't get 8 more people, this is a sham.

I am also in favor of expanding rosters, I want someone to have Jonas Jerekbo on their team.

Glenn
10-19-2009, 02:49 PM
Here's who is in so far...

Kstat
Regicide
Vinny
Glan
Ledezma
DBTM
Cross

In related news, I'm moving to Tulsa.

WTFchris
10-19-2009, 05:27 PM
I'm skipping all but football fantasy games now. I just get tired of the daily roster moves. I got a promotion at work managing a few projects. For one I was just in Montana last week for a couple days. It will happen a lot and I just don't want to fall behind because I can't pay attention.

darkobetterthanmelo
10-19-2009, 06:19 PM
Chris, I don't care if you are the President of the United States. Fantasy sports are far more important than any work activities. Get in now.

WTFchris

I also watch very few non Piston games because I'm sick of the Lebron hype and the superstar rules.

Glenn
10-20-2009, 08:32 AM
Currrent roster settings are:
PG, SG, G, SF, PF, F, C, C, Util, Util, BN, BN, BN

Do you guys like this?
PG, PG, SG, SG, G, SF, SF, PF, PF, F, C, C, Util, Util, Util, BN, BN, BN

If we can get one more player to get to 8 teams, I think that could work well.

Cross
10-20-2009, 11:11 AM
Sorry to say this, but I don't wanna do fantasy if there isn't atleast 10 teams. 12 should be the bare minimum...

Glenn
10-20-2009, 11:47 AM
Awesome!

Maybe we should scrap the whole thing.

Vinny
10-20-2009, 12:30 PM

Ruins the game. 3-4 max per week is key. Otherwise it just becomes a sham.

Wilfredo Ledezma

NO H2H...

Roto gives everyone a fair shot. You can make up deficits in weeks rather than months like H2H.

Glenn
10-20-2009, 03:21 PM
Let's keep it roto and I'll just open up to the public if need be.

We can always postpone the draft a bit longer until we hit 10 or 12.

Agree with Vinny, H2H is a sham.

Yeah, originally I thought we were going to have more than 12 people vying for the 12 spots and didn't want some hit/miss people signing up that wouldn't probably stick the whole year.

LOL@me, as usual

Vinny
10-20-2009, 04:14 PM
I don't know what it is this year, people just don't seem to want to play. In my money league, we usually get 10-11 no problem and then struggle to find a different 12th every year. This year, we got 7 and had to harass the shit out of our friends to get them to play. We're now at 10 and might have to go with it like that.

BubblesTheLion
10-21-2009, 03:44 AM

We're sitting on 9 without Vinny's bud (including Cross), so that could be 10.

If a couple more of you punks would just join we could stop bumping this thread.

MoTown
10-22-2009, 03:57 PM
As always, I would join but I can never give my word that I could make it through an entire boring season.

If there could be a button I push that does everything on autopilot for me where I have to do the minimal amount of work, I'm in.

WTFchris
10-22-2009, 04:30 PM
Yeah, the only part I enjoy is the drafting in fact. It's the same on sports games. I do all the GMing, simulate the season and just play in the playoffs.

Glenn
10-22-2009, 04:39 PM
You two punks could solve all of this by just signing up and doing your duty.

You're diabolical.

Vinny
10-22-2009, 06:02 PM
Rotisserie does take a lot less time. You don't have to set your lineups every day....you get capped at 82 games per position so as long as you have your best lineup in and nobody gets hurt or misses time, theoretically, you could just leave it the same all year. At worst, you'd need to check in once a week or so.

MoTown
10-22-2009, 11:42 PM
So basically I could draft, never look at my roster again, and be fodder for the rest of you.

Glenn
10-23-2009, 09:13 AM
Perhaps your team name should be "The Benevolent One"?

Pharaoh
10-23-2009, 09:23 AM
Parranoid is what I'm gonna use for the NRL thing so this way I don't have to remember the team name.

My favourite NRL team is Parramatta so it's a play on that.

Do a Google search of Parramatta or go to Youtube and search Jarryd Hayne. He's the best fucking footy player in the world and he's our fullback. There's a vid of him on youtube running through 7 defenders to score!

(Comic Book Dude Voice) Best. Try. Ever.

Not that it really matters, but I'll be in class during draft time. So, does the computer draft for me?

Glenn
10-23-2009, 11:47 AM
Yes, it's the only way to go, if you are lazy like me.

I typically end up with players I hate, so then I get to make a bunch of trades.

Draft

Mon Oct 26 10:00pm EDT

Pharaoh
10-24-2009, 05:34 AM
Auto-draft is the only way I've ever been able to do fantasy NBA. Due to time differences and me not really giving a fuck the auto thing helps a lot.

This time it's even better cause I really, truely don't give a fuck.

Question: Who approves trades?

Cause I'm thinking I'm bound to get a stud or 2 and I'm guessing someone is gonna come to me with the "You really don't care so how about we make this lopsided trade" angle.

MoTown
10-24-2009, 11:42 AM
So what do I have to do on Monday? I might make my brother draft for me.

Pharaoh
10-25-2009, 08:24 AM
Forget your brother - let the computer do it.

I'm just gonna leave the rankings as they are and see what I get.

Live draft tonight at 10 pm EST, if you need it.

MoTown
10-26-2009, 04:42 PM
Do I have to do anything to make the computer do it for me?

Glenn
10-26-2009, 04:45 PM
no

you can take the time to pre-rank the players if you want to, but you don't need to if you just want to rely on the default rankings

Vinny
10-27-2009, 12:22 AM
How did I end up with every frigging buster? Am I the only one who didn't prerank at all?

Arenas....Brand....Garnett....Larry Hughes....Kenyon....There's only like 2 likeable players on my whole team....

Pharaoh
10-27-2009, 12:25 AM
Who wants to trade?

Pharaoh
10-27-2009, 12:26 AM
Should have been at the Draft lol

Glenn
10-27-2009, 07:26 AM
I popped in for the first 15-20 picks or so and lol'd at the irony of Pharaoh finally getting to draft Bosh and MoTown being re-united with his beloved Chauncey.

I'm okay with my team, kinda young, but that is what I was hoping for.

I put a bunch of fools on the do not draft list, so that probably bumped the remainders up quite a few spots on my list and caused me to pick guys several slots higher than they typically would have gone, but I'm okay with that.

I can roll with a core of

B. Roy
Redd (3's and the primary scorer on a shyt team)
Marion
Big Al J
Dave West

and throw in some system guys like SJax (WART), N8 Rob, Gallinari, etc.

and some category hogs like AK47, Millsap, hopefully Hibbert

Add in Crawford, Hawes, Big Z, Ariza and McGee to fill out the bench and I'm ready to roll.

MoTown
10-27-2009, 07:35 AM
I got Chauncey? SWEET!

Timone
10-27-2009, 07:50 AM
Who did MoTwon get?

Pharaoh
10-27-2009, 08:18 AM
I got:

PG: Tony Parker
SG: Hedo Turkoglu
G: Joe Johnson
SF: Shane Battier
PF: Jeff Green
F: David Lee
C: Chris Bosh
C: Andrew Bynum
U: Jason Terry
U: Birdman

I'm looking to trade a combination of Bass, Morrow, Flynn, Thompson for someone like Diaw or another multi-cat kinda guy to round out my team.

Since I'm not gonna pay much attention to the league I see no point having 4 capable bench players that I will never slot in. I'd rather have a pretty strong "starting" 11 and just run with them.

If they get injured then so be it.

And let the record show that no Piston rookie got drafted, but DaJuan Blair did! Even though Blair has to compete with Dice for minutes!

Kstat
10-27-2009, 11:36 AM
Blair will get rebounds in bunches. That's your ideal 12th man.

I'm in the market for a backup PG, but other than that I'm good to go. If one of Chandler/Shaq/Oden has a better than expected season, I'll roll over the rest of the league.

Glenn
10-28-2009, 05:09 PM
True to his word, Kstat is rolling over the rest of the league.

Pharaoh
10-29-2009, 12:03 AM
Already?

Damn! That didn't take long.

Glenn
10-29-2009, 08:34 AM
I was feeling pretty good about our trade, P, but Gallinari may be the x-factor.

Pharaoh
10-29-2009, 09:02 AM
You want him back? I'll swap him for Thompson.

Wilfredo Ledezma
10-29-2009, 07:12 PM
Ok, so I was just offered the dumbest trade ever...

Bibby/Villanueva for Dirk/Gerald Wallace...

Pharaoh
10-29-2009, 07:53 PM
LMAO.

Oh, to whoever was complaining about having 5 C's:

I got a ton of SF's and if you wanna offer a trade be my guest.

And BTW - can someone explain the scoring system. 20.5 or something has me going WTF?

Glenn
10-30-2009, 01:59 PM
And BTW - can someone explain the scoring system. 20.5 or something has me going WTF?

There are 12 teams and 9 categories. Whomever leads a certain category (steals, for example) gets 12 points. If you have the second most steals, you get 11 points, on down the line. There is a column in the standings that reflects how many points (+ or -) you gained or lost from the previous day, so that might be where you saw the 20.5.

Glenn
10-30-2009, 02:00 PM
Great roster addition by Vinny yesterday, btw.

Pharaoh
11-08-2009, 08:30 AM
Proposed a trade to Regicide.

He needs a lot of cats so I thought I'd take 2 bums off his hands and help myself to Monta Ellis (to boost me in stls/asts)

I'm offering Birdman/Gomes/Battier for Ellis/Chuck Hayes/Collison.

Last I checked Collison was as useful as tits on a bull so I think it's more than fair.

And GD - thanks for Gallinari - someone on that shitty team has gotta score and he's launching it. Weird thing is he shoots a decent % for a guy that jacks up so many 3's.

Glenn
11-08-2009, 08:37 AM
Yeah, that looks like it was a mistake on my part

Pharaoh
11-08-2009, 08:56 AM

And you're currently second - only just got dethroned.

It's not like you got screwed in our deal, GD.

Isn't Thompson doing well, though?

And you're currently second - only just got dethroned.

He's doing fine, and I've even got an offer or two for him already. I think Martin being out will help his #'s too. I like both him and Flynn, so I don't regret the trade, I just wish I hadn't included Gallinari, especially since you didn't really seem to want him.

Pharaoh
11-08-2009, 08:30 PM
Well, I didn't care who I got other than Ariza. I wanted to get my 11 dudes set so I could leave them in the line-up all season.

Since I don't care that much it really wouldn't have mattered if a guy missed a game here and there - as long as I had my best 11.

Same thing now with this trade with Regicide. I suck in steals and assists. He sucks in a few cats that I think I can help him out in without killing my squad.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN I CARE lol

My only goal is to be competitive. I have no designs on winning the thing.

I just wanna prove that yes, I do watch games, yes I do know WTF is going on even though I live all the way down here in Australia. It seems y'all assume I don't watch games and have no fucking idea.

Well the proof is in the pudding, my friends. My team has played less than games than most but I'm still doing pretty well. And I haven't got a squad of superstars.

Dude's like CDR, Gomes and Pecherov I picked up because I saw how their teams were going from the get-go and knew these 3 had big roles to play for various reasons.

NJ is playing the same offense CDR played in college, destroyed by injuries (or they just plain suck) so it's a no-brainer he's gonna be a consistent big minute player. The best thing about him? Available at PG, SG and SF.

Gomes benefits from Love being out, as does Pecherov. But I remember seeing Gomes last season doing rather well in patches throughout the season. Again - no brainer.

Pecherov is a bit of a gamble, but he's a big dude and should see some good minutes, at least until Love returns. Then I'll probably dump him for someone else that no one thought of.

And I love the fact that I can pluck dudes out off waivers or the free agent pool that no one expects. I'm constantly searching for that dude no one is noticing. I guess it's my competitive nature kicking in.

But I still don't care lol

Glenn
11-08-2009, 09:07 PM
Gotta love the guy that is "constantly looking for new players" all while not caring, lol.

And the best thing about CDR is that he has swine flu.

Pharaoh
11-08-2009, 09:17 PM
But you don't know why I'm looking for other players, do you?

You just assume I care because I wanna be competitive.

Excuse me for not laying down and being the shit team.

I got some pride, GD.

Pharaoh
11-08-2009, 09:20 PM

You probably watch more NBA than I do. I only catch a couple games a week really. Watched the Nuggs and Bulls, and a few ESPN/TNT ones, but that is about it. The Pistons are never on. I like the Nuggs too, but I'm not as passionate as with the Pistons.

That shit is too funny.

Pharaoh
11-20-2009, 10:38 PM
Still in 1st Place!

Holy Shit!

And for the record I had my eye on Dahntay Jones for a week but Wil beat me to the punch.

BTW, did anyone realise that Thabo Sefolosha contributes in so many cats? The guy is doing pretty well. I don't know if he's the fat kid or the skinny girl though...

Pharaoh
12-16-2009, 08:19 AM
Back in first place, fuckers - after falling all the way down to second lol

Sad thing is I'm already sick of it. There are now no more dudes I feel the "need" to pick off the scrap heap and only continue to make moves to amuse myself.

If someone wants to propose a trade or something that might help - even if I don't accept it at least I could kill some time checking it out...

Cause right now it's boring.

It seems too many guys are not competitive or don't give a fuck

darkobetterthanmelo

Glan, why would I do the deal you sent me? I countered back with a horrible offer, and I get this

Comments from Glans:
Appreciate the offer, but why would I do this? Crawford is as good or better in every way.

Sorry Glan, but Al Jefferson and Shawn Marion are useless to me.

GD's just pissy cause he's getting destroyed and doesn't see a helping hand when it's right in front of him.

Dude, we shoulda been able to come up with something. Your team is crap and needs everything - I need a big that can block shots. But you don't wanna party? Your crazy, especially with the guys I have available (and you call them crappy).

Note for everyone else:

Gallinari, CDR, Ridnour, Speights, Wright, Bender, Selfosha - I'll give up a combination of these guys for a quality big that can block some shots and one of your bums (or we can do a 3 for 3 deal).

But you gotta come with a decent big if you want Gallinari - the dude is ranked 30th overall for the season.

The Breakdown.

Gallinari is a gunner but contributes in a lot of cats

CDR has been injured a bit when he's on the floor he's doing it for the shitty Nets. Someone has to and it seems like it's gonna be him.

Speights has come back on fire, he;s posting the same if not better numbers than before he got hurt. And Philly isn't real deep up front.

Shit, even Selfosha contributes across the board most nights and he's not a stupid gunner launching shit from everywhere and he doesn't pick up a ton of turnovers. Just nice and steady.

And even Ridnour was contributing a lot (but he's now nursing an elbow injury). Check his ranking for the season. Dude was doing a good job and is always gonna get minutes.

That's a nice selection - if you're willing to part with a quality big that can block shots.

I don't expect to land Dwight Howard or something, but Al Jefferson? Given his history? Yeah, especially if you wanna take Gallinari, CDR and Selfosha.

I'd give up those 3 (and maybe more?) for an Al Jefferson type and your 2 worst players. My 3 guys would easily replace the production you lose from your "stud" plus you gain depth in case of injuries.

But we'll see. Cross has been chasing a big for a while now and no one seems interested (or maybe he doesn't like the offers?). That's the price you pay for being in front.

Pharaoh
12-22-2009, 08:43 AM
And can someone help me out here:

Al Jefferson is ranked:

13th overall

73rd for the season (actual rankings)
80th last month
172 last week

90th for the season (via average stats)
103 last month
166 last week

Gallinari is ranked:

166 overall

30th for the season
28th last month
79th last week

31st for the season
29th last month
101 last week

I have no idea which one is the most important ranking but I'm fairly certain it's not the overall (doesn't that take into account previous seasons and shit?)

I would really like to know cause I'm looking at the rankings for this season mostly as kind of a guide. Not that it matters in this situation, since Gallinari is ranked higher in every single one.

Seriously, I wanna know which "ranking" is the most important one.

Posting trade dialogue verbatim is like posting someone's PM, it's poor form and I won't do it.

That said, when you come out with an attitude and proclaim that your offer is final, and this is a one shot deal and mix in some trash talk about my team, what am I supposed to do if I don't want the guys you offered? You left me no option but to decline the offer and move on. So you tried to play tough guy and I called your bluff, now you're fishing for a counter?

And if you think I have a problem keeping the center-eligible, walking double double that is Al Jefferson in a 2 center league, then you are mistaken.

I was willing to move him for some 3's and assists, but it's stupid to move a guy like that for 3 role players. Fuck depth, there are 100+ guys available on waivers if you want depth.

Your crazy, especially with the guys I have available (and you call them crappy).

It's quite telling that you dropped two of the guys that you were "trying helping me out with" as soon as I rejected your offer.

This has been worthwhile, though, it's always good to find out who you can, and who you are willing to, deal with (not necessarily referring to you there, P).

Um, GD - I dropped Mike Miller cause I picked up Holiday from Philly. Williams and Iverson were both out at the time so it was an obvious move - someone has to play G for that team (other than Willie Green)

Unfortunately for me Williams came back as soon as I picked up Holiday - making Holiday a worthless piece. So I dropped him for Wright cause he was "hot".

Basically I fucked up dropping Miller - cause he will be back soon enough. And he'll start at SG for the pathetic Wizards, hit some 3's, pass the rock and generally do OK.

And I dropped Tyrus Thomas because he's about 2 or 3 weeks away from coming back. I picked up Bender instead because NY has a very short rotation, the guy is gonna play a bit (at least so they can see where he's at) and I'm kinda interested to see how he goes.

But you can't sit there and tell me that Miller and Thomas are crap. Sure they're injured right now but their teams aren't exactly rocking superstars at their positions.

Shit - the Wiz have used more starting SG than I can remember. And the Bulls just got done by the Kings. So both those guys can certainly help their teams and when combined with someone like Gallinari or CDR I don't think you were getting ripped off.

BTW, I noticed YOU dropped Watson, one of the scrubs that was "filler" in our deal. You coulda dumped his ass on me in the deal, dude.

Of course I have an attitude - I only entered the fucking league so you guys could have enough people and I have proceeded to kick arse for 2 months. Should I not be laughing my ass off? It's supposed to be fun.

Either some people don't care about the league or they simply have no pride/competitive nature cause there is no fucking way I'd be happy getting whipped.

And the "last chance" deal was due to me being in a hurry to get the shot blocker I want. I don't wanna just keep making major trades every month. I wanna get my guys set and then see where I need to improve later on.

And if you didn't like the offer you could have sent me a PM here or posted in the League thing asking me who I was willing to give up in exchange for a dude like Jefferson. Cause you put him on the block. I didn't try for him. But me switching one of my bigs for him is not an option. I want another big - not a different one.

And FWIW - I don't try to play the tough guy (i am the tough guy lol). If you don't wanna deal then that's fine. I'm not the guy getting smashed. I just don't see why someone (particularly you) would sit back and just allow his team to fall away.

But whatever, man - people know who I'm offering in a trade. If they don't wanna deal that's cool. I'm pretty happy with my current team - just need an upgrade here and there.

I don't want to drop Will Bynum, but I don't want him on my roster. Same with Jermaine O'Neal, Mike Dunleavy, Dahntay Jones, Ty Lawson...

How I've managed to be in the top 3 or 4 so far is beyond me, so I know I'm gonna have to make a move in order to keep it going after the new yr.

Pharaoh

It doesn't matter if only 2 dudes "quit" - other people have certainly rolled over and died.

The problem IMO is that certain people don't have much of a comptitive nature and will allow their team to get fucking smashed all season long.

I have been in the top 2 spots all season and yet I have received very few trade proposals. Look at how many moves I've made! I'm a tinkerer. I like to switch my roster up... and I do it often.

Other than Glenn I can't recall anyone below me in the standings proposing trades to me. And pretty much every trade I've made I've had to do most of the leg work.

IF I had a team that was at the bottom or near the bottom of the standings I'd be looking to swing for the fences on a couple of deals to try and get some fucking studs on my squad.

Target those guys at the top or close to it and see what you can get. Every team has needs. Try to fill the gaps for a top team and possibly get a stud in exchange.

It might not happen, but you gotta make the effort.

But obviously those guys down the bottom (except Vinny - we did a deal I thought might actually help him) don't wanna make the effort.

I don't mind if people try their asses off and lose, but it really annoys me when people just throw their hands up and play dead.

That's pathetic.

And it's one of the main reasons I didn't really wanna join in the first place.

Blair will get rebounds in bunches. That's your ideal 12th man.

I'm in the market for a backup PG, but other than that I'm good to go. If one of Chandler/Shaq/Oden has a better than expected season, I'll roll over the rest of the league.

If not, maybe you'll just quit.

You lead it right now. We'll see how long that lasts.

I have dumped all my shitty shooters for quality bigs.

I traded Ariza/Ellis for Gasol.

I dumped Gallinari/Hedo for Dampier/Jefferson.

I might lose ground in the FT%, 3's made and assist cats but I'll make up a lot of ground in blocks, FG%, Rebs and have less turnovers.

Loses in 3 cats v gains in 4... I think my team is looking OK

Let's break it down for all those that might think it's unfair.

Camby is ranked 47th overall but 8th on the season
Dirk is ranked 5th overall and 3rd on the season
Stuckey is ranked 120 overall and 83rd on the season

WOW! 2 top 10 players traded away? Shouldn't people try to keep those kind of guys? Whatever - it ain't my team.

Being dealt for

Jennings is ranked 157th overall and 71st on the season
Amare is ranked 9th overall but is 36th on the season
Boozer is ranked 44th overall but is ranked 20th for the season

Now forget the rankings and think about how the stats work in the league...

The guards are basically even (Jennings is better, but it's not a major difference IMO). The bigs? WOW!!! Maybe I'd part with Camby due to fears of him getting injured but Dirk? No fucking way - not unless I was acquiring Chris Paul or someone like that.

And to combine them? For Boozer and Amare? LMAO - I guarantee you woulda got a lot more out of me if you proposed that trio to me.

Do I think it's fair? Ummmmm - no

BynumbetterthanRose makes out like a bandit IMO.

But whatever - hopefully that makes his team a lot stronger and the league wakes the fuck up and realises it is possible to make major trades and improve your team...

as long as you find someone that is willing to bend over for you lol

darkobetterthanmelo
01-02-2010, 11:33 AM
Hey, you gotta look at the categories. I give up assists and 3 pointers. The bigs are comparable, and Jennings shoots more 3's than Stuckey. I pulled the trigger to get Dirk's percentages and Camby's blocks and steals.

The bigs are not comparable.

Dirk and Camby shit all over Amare and Boozer in fantasy play.

Camby is the dominant shotblocker/rebounder out of the 4

Dirk is the best shooting 3's

Assists while not overly important in bigs likely fall on the side of Dirk and Camby

What areas do Amare and Boozer beat Camby and Dirk in?

And the difference between Jennings and Stuckey is not enough to make up for the fact that Dirk and Camby slaughter the shit outta Boozer and Amare.

It's not a fair trade - I couldn't even sell this if I was getting the Dirk package. I simply can't see where Amare and Boozer are in the conversation with Camby and Dirk.

If it was Camby, Jennings and Amare for Dirk, Stuckey and Boozer? Maybe it would be a little more "fair" in my mind - but it ain't.

But AS STATED I don't care - I'm not the guy bending over getting ass fucked here. Like I said IF it makes people wake up and try to make some moves to make the league more interesting then that's fine by me.

I joined simply so you guys could have a league and had ZERO desire to win it. I didn't wanna get smashed, cause I have some pride and a competitive nature but I really thought I'd be lucky to be in the top half of the comp. I did not realise how fucking easy it would be to roll over the rest of you.

You're looking at a guy that hasn't played fantasy basketball for years and according to many of you die-hards "doesn't watch games". Yet I've whooped all your asses the whole fucking time. It's pretty disappointing, actually.

If I knew the rest of you were gonna just roll over and allow yourselves to be beaten like this I wouldn't have joined, you guys wouldn't have this league and you could all go on with your little lives thinking you actually were capable of being competition.

But y'all asked for this. I didn't start the thread begging to join. You guys wanted more people. So in one way I'm happy you all have STFU and taken it on the chin - cause you asked for it in the first place

Take any 3 of Matt Barnes, CDR, Hinrich, Sefolosha, Ridnour and Delonte West in exchange for ONE guard that can shoot 3's and dish assists. The guy can be a turnover machine and shoot like a blind monkey - I don't care.

I just hate looking at my roster day after day and seeing I picked the wrong guy out of the bunch. It's another reason why I hate this shit.

Fuck that - take them all, give me ONE gun and I'll pick up guys who get DNP's or very limited minutes cause at least I'll know I didn't pick the wrong dude in the bunch.
