View Full Version : MSU vs. UM, meh. bukdow 10-03-2009, 08:40 PM It was a good (needed) win, but frankly both teams played poorly. MSU's defense did a nice job (limiting UM to under 50 yards rushing) until they switched to prevent. MSU missed at least two TD opportunities in the red zone and the UM coaching staff made some bone-headed calls (e.g. fake punt). It seemed like every 1st down they were going to run the ball to Brown or Minor, and MSU sniffed it out every single time. MSU's front seven played great, I'll give them lots of credit. They were due for a solid performance and they played well. | |
