It would make sense for us. I'd want to really check out Brand, but he was never a guy who relied on athleticism. He should be back this year to a good degree.

Trouble is now we have 4 guys starting who will need shots and our D hasn't gotten any better.

I like that team a lot more than what we have now, and it keeps us at the 14 roster players that you know Joe wants.

If Daye is a hit, Tay could be moved by the deadline if need be.

I actually didn't want to include Kwame in the deal, but they'd want his expiring deal and his size if they were losing Brand, I would think.

If Brand was back to being Brand he would love that. With Gordon on his team he'd never catch a double.

It's no big deal for us unless/until Ben gets hurt. Brand will get 35 at least if he's good.
