Lions claimed Turk McBride off waivers from KC. He was a 2nd rd pick 2 years ago and he's a LB. Apparently he was cut becuase he wasn't a good fit for KC's new 4-3 scheme. So naturally, his former DC brings him here. Makes sense.

Apparently Buchanon has become a scapegoat for the pass defense, which absolutely baffles me. He didn't even play in the New Orleans game, and I thought we played better vs. the pass vs. Minnesota (the one game he did start) than we did vs. the Redskins. There is no upside with Will James, he's older and he blows. We paid Buchanon some nice coin, he doesn't deserve the Leigh Bodden treatment.
