The Spurs are one of my favorite NBA teams, in fact they are probably 3rd behind the Pistons and Clippers.

I voted indifferent, but I realize I may actually root them on now with Dice.

It's a whole lot different when I know we won't be playing them in the finals. It's not a pure hatred like for the Cavs or Celtics.

I've always hated Manu. With that aside... they've been my most respected team for a while. I couldn't even truly hate them when they beat us in the finals. I was pissed sure, but I wouldn't have wanted any other team to have the ring if the Pistons didn't get it.

With Dice on the team, and the Pistons having no shot, I'll probably root for them next year. They will have the back seat of course... I just don't see there being much to root for with the Pistons come June. I'd love it if they proved me wrong, but I'm not counting on it.
