I aprove cuz he is fast. He is an athlete that can go side to side. We needed a MLB more, or I would have graded him higher.

I said C, but only because we need a return man. I'd actually like to make it a D, because we could get Michael Ray Garvin who is far faster and could be a better return guy in the 6th round...

POSITIVES: Strong, athletic linebacker who started to pull the pieces together last season. Physical, aggressive, and attacks ball carriers. Collapses from the outside to defend the run, strong at the point, and defeats blocks to get to the action. Chases the play hard, and displays a good burst of closing speed. Plays with balance, rarely off his feet, and nicely redirects to ball carriers. Improved his reads, instincts, and ability in coverage last season.

NEGATIVES: Inefficient, at times a bit too quick to come up the field on play-action passes, and does not always take proper angles to the action. For the most part, marginal skills in coverage for a smallish linebacker.

ANALYSIS: Levy possesses the size/speed numbers and physical mentality to play at the next level. He must continue to build upon the progress he showed last season, yet the arrow is pointing north.

PROJECTION: Fifth/Sixth Round

So we drafted a guy that's considered small, doesn't cover the pass well, and was projected in the 6th round IN THE 3RD?! Why not take a guard there? Vasquez, anyone? We'll have to see how he pans out, but I don't think I like this pick as of now.

that matt millen special was slow, small, with no real football skills. maybe this guy doesnt fit the bill to a t, but its close. im thinking this is our worst pick, but maybe they see something.

He's listed as 6'3" 234 or something.

I figured as much. We'll see how that turns out. I feel like he and Follett will end up practicing in the middle all preseason.
