Kind of weird to have all 1:05 games during weekdays. Must be due to spring break.


It'd be nice to take 2/3 from a division opponent.

Gavin Floyd owned us last year.

White Sox are having mega problems at scoring runs.

But after losing Crede, Cabrera, Swisher, Griffey, and Uribe, it's not a shock they were going to take a step back offensively.

In all honesty, I'm not really sure why Treanor is on the team above Ryan. Matt's nothing but an average backup, and Dusty could become a solid starting catcher some day.

The umpire is not giving Zack the same calls as he's giving Floyd. I've noticed Miner missing on some that Floyd has been given every time.

I don't think he's healthy.

One has to wonder how much wear and tear Guillen can take over a full season. There aren't many players like him who play as if they're older than they really are.

The good thing is, however, that we can DH him.

Jim Price had a good point, though: you don't want everybody to be hot at the same time. Everything will even out. Right now the Tigers are winning games and Granderson, Mags and Guillen are slumping. Those three will come around at some point when Cabrera or Poly start to slump. So far I'm encouraged by the way the season has started.

True. As long as we are getting good starts each night there are enough hitters on this team to get wins (whoever is hot).

I guess I don't understand the hatred of Price - he says some stupid things from time to time and talks about his playing days a little too much, but he's not that bad of a commentator.

I've never had a problem with Jim Price either.

Unlike Dickerson, Price actually played in the big leagues, so he's a bit more insightful as far as in-game situations.
