Not voting, didn't see the game.

And gee, I wonder who you voted for.

That was my first thought...for about a millisecond.

I didn't pay attention to the game, but voted based on those numbers.

Stuckey was the best player on the floor, if you're a grizzlies fan. He turned Mike Conley into an all-star.

By the way, anybody can feel free to post these after the games from now on, it doesn't have to be me.

Well, maybe Tahoe shouldn't.

You have improved your poll-posting, so maybe that was a cheap shot. I take it back.

random thought:

"a-hole" has always seemed funnier than "asshole" to me, for some reason.

Espicially when its said by a respected Aunt or something. They're kind of going there, but not really.

If Stuckey looked good in the box score, I bet Gl'enn wouldn't have started this thread.

Thank you, I was waiting for that.

Actually, I went over to RGM to see what they were saying about the game and they have some sort of "Piston Hero of the game" thread that's basically the opposite of this one.

Sorry, I would have said it sooner but Tahoe's thread almost bored me to sleep.

Never miss an opportunity to break some reality to fans. This thead does it.

Isn't Michael Curry the automatic A-hole of every game??????

Firstly: WTF are you doing going over there? (j/k - I went to check out if my old screenname works. It did. Cowology is a Global Mod? LMMFAO)

Secondly: If they have a Piston Hero of the Game then you better believe we should have an A-Hole of the Game thread.

Fuck Real GM. Anything they can do we can do opposite...

And better

Wow, quite a few people haven't voted on this, I wonder why?

I voted based purely on Hollinger's stats. He provides great insight, and he enlightened me in a way that told me even though I did not see the game, I could make an informed decision on who sucked ass.

Great point. Perhaps I will follow suit and then vote with confidence, even though I did not see 1 minute of actual gameplay.

Can you post the PER's for these four fine nominees?

Glenn

I only saw the 1st half of the Mavs game, so someone else will have to post the a-hole nominees for this game. The box score is kind of a mixed bag, and a 2 point loss to the Mavs on the road without three "stars" is somewhat commendable.

We're we a-hole-less?

Amir Johnson was the asshole. 1 minute of play, 2 fouls.

I'm having a real tough time finding an asshole of the game for Houston.

Yeah, when Tay was 0 for 7 from the floor and Stuckey was 1 for 7 I didn't think we'd have much of a problem, but expectations have to change when you are without three key players and playing a 2OT game on the road as part of a back-to-back.

Tay ended up 4 for 17 and Stuckey was 8 for 25, but "a-hole" is a bit harsh, given the circumstances.

Maybe this thread has gotten them to play harder.

Just a thought...green text a hole of the game???

Dice, what a friggin A hole...only 20 boards. Dude plays with no heart

or

AA, only 24 friggin pts. He starts every game, he should be better. And whats up with the 6-6 from the line. He should be better than that... A hole.

Tayshaun played nearly all the minutes and was defended by All-D folks in Battier and Artest. I'm surprised Herrmann didn't get more play, but Curry's still thinking of him as some sort of PF backup. <groan>

You could argue that the stints with McDyess at undersized C/Maxiell at undersize PF against oversized Yao were particularly brutal, and maybe Curry should've used Amir more.

This is awfully weak sauce for "asshole of the game", though.
