I guess it doesn't apply here being that the line is 5.5... but let's say it was 4.5 and it went to a shootout tied 2-2 and ended "3-2". Is that a win for the over?

I know a guy who does end of 3rd, but not sure about this one.

I think it goes by final score (the shootout goal counts). Otherwise the final score would be 2-2, which is impossible.

It'd be a push for betting the winner and the under would win. Thats the way he used to do it anyway. I don't talk to him much anymore...next time I talk to him I'll ask.
