This is a personal request, not a WTF request...but I'm sure most posters would agree anyway:

When you post a link to a story (without any posting of an article or other content), can you please either post the title of the article or some quick one line description?

#1) I don't like simply clicking on links without knowing where they go
#2) Most people have to budget their time on here. If they know what the links are to, they can click them or ignore them based on what they want to read.

Thanks

#1 is not really a big deal on sports one because you can see the the espn.go.com....

But for sites you don't normally visit I hate to just start clicking things.

#2 applies in all cases. It also helps moderators if they had to move something to another thread.

So, why is ESPN still a part of the "Go Network"? Does the rest of the Go network even exist anymore? Are they somehow contractually obligated to keep the "Go!" as part of their URL?

These are the things I wonder about.

AM I THE ONLY ONE AROUND HERE WHO GIVES A SHIT ABOUT THE RULES?!

Also, I feel pretty bad that no one is granting Chris his request.

Thanks LDB.

All I ask for is a couple words telling me what I'm clicking on. That's it.

I think we all know who the guilty party is. I say we kill him.
