I would go Big 12 and SEC heavy. Even though Alabama destroyed a top 5 team, I haven't seen any justification to punish Missouri or Texas.
My new top 10 would be:
1. Oklahoma
2. LSU
3. Missouri
4. Texas
5. Alabama
6. Penn State
7. BYU
8. Auburn
9. USC
10. Texas Tech

It's a shame Oklahoma and Missouri don't play this year...

I don't think Alabama is that good for some reason. As far as ranking the best teams in the country, not based on records, I'd still put USC and Georgia over Alabama.
